    Police Certificate from Pakistan

    Hi, It is really really easy to get, (i have made this P.Cert. 4 times). and believe that always i made it in just few hours. and if you try you can get it in two days. You need to go to DPO(District Police Officer) Office. and follow these steps.

    1. Present your Original ID Card and get Police Certificate Form from Accounts Branch.

    2. Attest it from your MPA or MNA that he lives here and have good character.

    3. Attest it from your local Police Station.

    4. Submit it to DPO office and collect it next day.

    Not sure your parents may get it or not. You need to visit the DPO Office once. check the address of DPO office from your local police station.

    Can someone tell me where to get the Police Character Certificate from Pakistan?

    Where to get the application from and how long does it take for them to give it to you (knowing how slow things are done there)

    If u r Pakistani then i can tell u how u can get the police certificate in 3 days and if u r foreigner then sorry I cant help you i have no idea.

    Actually...the beneficiary (my husband) is Pakistani and was born and raised there..

    Just recently about 4 months ago.. he moved to Jordan. But he will need a Police Certificate from Pakistan as well as Jordan. So can you please tell me how to get it in the fastest way possible.. which documents you will need, where u have to go, and is it necessary for him to be there since he is living in Jordan at the time.. can his parents get it from him?

    Hi, I recieved a letter from the NVC today regarding an issue about my case. In it, they also told me my priority date : Dec 26 06 ... what does this date mean? and can this date help me determine by when my beneficiary will have his visa?

    NVC processes cases datewise, so when you date comes available they will start processing your case

    Hello Everybody,

    Finally i got my Joint Sponsor!!!

    My wife's income for 2005 was short i embassy asked for a Joint sponsor

    Embassy demanded following documents from Joint sponsor

    * Original form I-864

    * IRs 2005

    * Proof of citizenship

    Now i have received IRs of the year 2006,

    now the question is that embassy will accept it ???

    Please guide if anybody have info regarding it

    I was required by the consular officer for a joint Sponsor but i cannot find a joint sponsor. now Guide me How I (a spouse of U.S Citizen) can include my income into my sponsor’s income TO MEET THE INCOME REQUIREMENTS, I have been interviewed already in the Islamabad Consulate on 05 Dec 2006? As according to law (mentioned in Form I-864 instruction Rev. 01/15/06 N - on page 2) I (the spouse of U.S.C.) am allowed to include my income into my sponsor’s income if it continues after I become Lawful Permanent Resident, so please guide me in detailed process how and which documents I need to submit?

    please send me yr suggetions.

    Yea but for now it is not possible, our case is about to complete, my interview is already over, and her income was good in past years thats y she got approved from NVC but income for 2005 was really low coz she was sick and got a step back from in job, so i need a co-sponsor.

    CO-SPONSOR DOSNT NEED TO BE A US CITIZEN? please ppl comment on it.

    if it is so then i can provide my own or anybody's Tax returns from pakisitan. then no problem at all.

    I have short time please i need yr company and if somebody help me by giving IRs for 2005 i will never forget this kindness.

    Hi,

    I have problems although my IR-1 interview done well on 1st week of Dec-2006 in Islamabad, Pakistan Embassy, NOW I need a Co-Sponsor coz my wife’s income was not good in 2005. My wife is living with aunt and uncle they are old and they cant be a CO-SPONSOR and her family already died in a road accident. I either have no one US citizen in my family and around. Please if somebody can help me, I only need IRS for 2005 & proof of citizenship from you. Or tell me a way to solve this problem. Please help me I m seriously in tensions. If somebody is willing then send me massage my Name is Umar and my wife is US Citizen. I am basically a computer teacher and I have a net café. I am business graduate living in Rawalpnidi PK I will give you more details about me. If you please sympathetically agree to help I will never forget your this kind act for me.

    You ppl are the only source for me to find out the way to light. So please think seriously and help me I will be so much thankful for this act of kind.

    HI

    I was interviewed yesterday in Islamabad Embassy, and it went so nice. A white lady consular took my interview and she gave me 221(g) a blue paper. and told by the consular that i m on AP/AR. and she told that you need a co-sponsor, my wife dosnt makes enough money to sport me. Interview proceedure was same like on visit interviews.

    NOW I NEED A CO SPONSOR :wacko:

    White lady consular was very friendly and her first comment was that oh you are enough prepared for interview, i said YES.

    NOW I M IN THE HELL OF AP/AR.

    hi folks!

    m going on interview on first week of Dec 2006 (with my USC wife).

    i m bringing following things to interview:-

    Packet 1. Appointment Letter, NVC Approval Letter, Police Certificate(renewed)

    2. Telephone Record.

    3. Medical Report (do i need to bring X Rays or Vaccination Record?)

    4. Emails & Chats.

    5. Tax Return of my Spouse for 2005

    6. Original Acedamic degrees & job record (i m doing my own business now, do i need any document for

    my current business?)

    7. Copies of Documents submitted with Embassy with Packet 3.5

    8. Mails sent by my wife

    9. Additional Documents sent by embassy (dont know whether to bring them or not?)

    10. Wedding Pictures

    NOW PLEASE GUIDE ME IS EVERYTHING COMPLETE OR I M MISSING ANYTHING??
