After almost 6months from AP they Issued my husband's visa but today when we checked it at CEAC it went back to AP. And I received an email saying we need to send a new medical record from st. Lukes and valid and expired passports. Does the medical record has expiration and why do they ask for the passport? When he had his interview they didn't give it back to him. Pls help I am so worried 😭

My husband had his interview today but the consul told him they need a Written Report from NBI due to his past case before. But they took his passport already. Does anybody here is in the same page? Do you guys know how long will it take for this process?

I received my welcome letter already last August 10,2016 and it indicates there to pay the AOS and IV and submit all the supporting documents.

My priority date is Sept.23,2015 ?

I'm not sure when and how long will it take before we can pay the AOS bill. Last february 02, 2016 I received a mail from NVC notifying me that USCIS transfer my petition with NVC already. And it says there that wait for the fee bills that they will send.

Yes I think so, because they said 4-5 months normally
