I think you should take new medical if your is expired bc my interviewer said they needed to close the process.Oh well, at least the interview went smooth. Mine is next Thursday (25th) I decided to take another medical just in case they ask on the interview and by what you say, they will probably ask since mine was sent in Nov 2014. Did the ISO ask you a lot of questions?
I hope they will close your file soon

I had an interview today. the interviewer didnt ask a lot of questions. he talked more than us and he also shared his experience in marriage?.
I waited over 40mins with my appointment. The interview was fast and interviewer didnt ask for any evidence.
He told me that I would get my greencard within 2 weeks.
Im so happy with this news.
After waiting 1 year and 2 months, I finally can get rid of worrying of immigration.
Thanks everyone for answering my questions.
Good luck to all your guys in this processing.

Im in the same situation, but they ask me for i693?
Even I have to pay more money, Im still so happy to have an interview. One more step closer to greencard?

Hello everyone, I have a question, please help me.???
I just got an interview appointment and they asked me to bring " a completed medical examinatio I693 and vaccine supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submmitted)"
I did submit the medical and vaccine supplement which I got from my country. However, it is expired on Nov, 2015.
So now, Do I have to go to doctor for a new I693 form?
I only have 2 weeks to the interview day. Im worried I dont have enough time for new medical examination.
If anyone has the same experience, please help me.
Thanks so much.

Do you check online status?I sent my AOS package in Feb, online status changed to ready to schedule an interview in April, got my NPWI in June, and in Sept. got an RFE letter for more tax returns, no online update.
I sent the RFE two weeks after I got the letter, and I still dont know if they got the package or not I remember I tracked the package and they got it, but now I cant find the tracking number anymore.
I filled in an e-request in November, but the only reply I got was that it was pending consideration.
I called USCIS, the lady said I have to wait at least another 60 days until I fill another request.
Yesterday was the deadline to send the RFE, I don't know if they have it or not...are they gonna consider abandonment? I am so terrified.....
my case is in Philadelphia office
Do you get response direcrly from Philadelphia office?
I think you can call and ask them if they receive your rfe or not, but if you track your mail and it came, it will be ok.

According to our records, your I485 was transferred to the Philadelphia Field Office on 08/17/2015 and is currently pending interview scheduling. Once an appointment slot becomes available, an interview appointment notice will be mailed to you at the current address of record.
I got the response from my local office. Does does anyone get the same with me? i dont know whether it is a good news or not.?.
Anyway, happy holiday every one

Have anyone tried to make infor pass to ask about your case? Today, I go to my local office to do finger print for renew EAD, and they told me if I wanted to ask something, I have to make infor pass. I dont know should I do or not?
-
It means you have to wait, nothing gonna change. I got the same answer like you too. now, hope the congressman can help you, or just call Uscis every week to push them.I am now over 11 months into AOS and still have no good news.
Submitted my AOS on 12/18/2014 and my local field office is processing 02/21/2015.
Received NPIW on 03/21/2015 stating 6 month delay. This expired on 09/20/2015 but still nothing.
Submitted a service request with Tier 2 on 10/16/2015 for outside processing time frame and just got this as a reply.
"On October 16, 2015, you contacted USCIS concerning your Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (Form I-485) to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved."
"Your petition/application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a time frame for when we will complete the review of your petition/application"
I had also contacted my congressman and heard back from him today stating that they received a very generic response to their inquiry also.
Has anyone else had this response or can anyone provide any further insight into what the meaning of this statement is?
Thanks Aidan
I also renewed my EAD, and I got letter for biometric. I thought that we dont need to do biometric again when we renew EAD. Does anyone have to the same thing?

Have somebody known how long they will send you notice after they recieve your mail? I just mail them my renew my work permit and they receive it on friday.
-
I think now you should call tier 2 every week to ask why, and also push them to work on your case.Yes, it's very frustrating.

My AOS is Jan 6,2015 and I got waiver in Jun 12.This was my second service request, I submitted the first one exactly 6 months after the NPIW letter, on September 17 2015 and USCIS never responded to it
I hope we'll both hear something soon. Keep us posted!
Can you fill out your timeline or write dates of your AOS applicatoon, NPIW letter etc? IIt might help me and others Thank you!
Im sorry that i dont know how to update my timeline bc i use my phone to online
Did you try to talk to Tier2 or contact w congressmen?I got the same reply and we received the NPIW in January.
-
omg, it is over 6 months now and they still dont give you anything.(.. hope a congressman help your case be done soon.I submitted a service request on October 23rd, USCIS responded with this:
Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner. We regret any inconvenience that results from delays in processing.
I received the NPIW letter dated March 17 2015.
When i submited my request, i told them my local office is Philadelphia and I got a response from my local office. It is weird because it is the first time I got response like that. so i think you should make one more request and tell them
your local office processing is over your case to see. I got a response within 10 days.
-
Do you also send request to USCIS?Received an email from my congressman, saying this (among other things):
What day do you get waiver notice?
-
Thanks goodboy,
So now the only thing i can do that is waiting until Dec.
Im just curious bc my office processing time is over my day...and they still said it doesnt relate to my case.
-
Do you try to talk to Tier2 before?? Is congressman job same with Tier 2 of Uscis?
-
can we contact him now or we need to wait until exactly 6 months from the day of waiver letter
-
how to you contact with congressman?
-
On October 19, 2015, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-485 to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
Your application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your application.
That's the way the answer me after I saw my local office pass my filling day and send the a request...
Have somebody gotten the same answer?
-
I have the same situation. I made the first request without responding from them. I made the second one and I even didnt get any email to tell me when I could get answer. I wonder if I should call them to ask or not.
-
Do you get a confirm email after you made an inquiry?Nothing happens, the same thing happened to us. We just did another one.
-

you can contact with civil doctor in USCIS list first to ask them what vaccine you have to have, then go to your family doctor to get it. I do it bc I have my insurance pay for that.
