thank you i was just worried when i saw her i 94 will expired on may 4.I heard some of my friends who married with Filipina that they married 1day before the expired date (i 94).We are getting married on April 18.They said their marriage license took 2 weeks.so im bit panic for filing our AOS maybe it will conflict or what ..Now,im gathering all the forms and some requirements.and we will sent it after we got our marriage certificate

Hello Guys,i need some help and inputs regarding AOS.My fiancee arrived here last Feb 4 2016 and we agreed not to get married when she come.Just to make sure we really want to pursue our relationship to the next level and that's husband and wife.Now, we have schedule for the wedding next month.She got her SSN last week..My questions are, after married what are the requirements for AOS?can we apply her AED together with the AOS?as i remember her i-94 will expire on may 4..do we have enough time to file for Adjustment of Status?Im bit worried ..if we married next month ..how long the marriage certificate takes.your help and inputs will much appreciated

They dont asked the affidavit when i took my interview..just wait for your Visa it may come soon..mine took 7days.congrats

CONGRATS!!!! I got my interview today too.and thanks you Lord everything goes well..Filipino and american CO was nice too.they only ask me how we met and how long he stay in philippines when we first met in person.THE rest experience was good...

My interview is on Monday too..im preparing all the requirements now.i only chose photos with my family and him together.chat logs and emails i only prints some..i hope thats enough..

JL818,when is your target for medical?im going back to pi next week and i already doned my online appt Dec 7-8 for medical 10 for cfo seminar hope to get schedule for interiew after medical????

Got our mnl case number oct 23..and its ready already but i need to wait for my hk clearance and go back to phil and do the interview appointment..i set my medical,nbi appointment too.hope everything goes well..goodluck guy???

Maeandcraig yes,NVC said call them back after 35days ????.we try again this weeek hoping to get our case number????.please let me know if ever you got yours thank you...

Im freaking out here,trying to call nvc last week and he told me that i will call them back after 35days ohh my????..my fiancee friend they got approved 3days ahead and they already had nvc case number.

Is there anyone here who got approved on sep 30 and had manila case number already..we are still in Nvc stage and waiting for the mnl case..??????

We dont have manila case number yet..we still waiting for that..hoping we get the case number sometime next week..

We are hoping that the notice of approval will be accepted.my agency told her that she can use the Noa2 to get the clearance..is there any experienced regarding this matter?she wants to get home after she get the clearance..as they said it takes 3 -4 weeks and they will forwarded in usem manila..this is troublesome ??????

My fiance is currently in hk..we got approved last sep 30 no manila case number yet.can she use the notice of approval to get the police clearance?she will take the medical and interview in Philippines.any input is much appreciated
