    hi guys just wanted to inform you that  me and my kids were already here in the US..we arrived last July 18... it was avery very long flight but its worth it coz me and the love of my life was reunited once again...just stay positive for those coupe who are still in process and don't forget to pray,,God can do miracles and also He work in ways we cannot see so just put your trust in Him...God bless us all....

     

    this is bduck40 fiancé and soon to be his wife....

    Her visa was approved today after the interview. No problem they just asked if she knew about past records and few other questions. Then said she was approval. Finally the process is over and she will be packing her stuff

    I wish I could attend, but she is going for interview on Tuesday, so not enough time to make the trip, plus the expense of going is not practical at this time. She says she can handle it. Just have to wait and see and pray all is well

    That's want I was thinking too. She is fully aware of what the deal is and says she is confident in going in a listening and explIning only what they ask. She is going in on Tuesday the 27th, since embassy is closed Monday. Yes I will keep you posted

    Thanks Hank, That was what I was thinking about it. She has been aware of that charge, all along and sent police report and court minutes with her to the first interview so she could show them that she knew about it. 

     

    We well prep again and ask if she had any questions about it. I have not kept any secrets form her and talked about everything in life for last 3 years. Her doing into a relationship with ex wife, I wanted her to know what she was getting into.

    Ok hope you with experience can follow our happening with our k1 petition. Fiancé had her interview may 26th this year. She said it was short, did not ask for anything as far as paper work that she brought and took her and the two kids passports. They did not approve her that day but did want her to provide a certified copy of her allument and nbi by currier even though she had though stuff with her. She sent them in right away and it been in administrative processing ever since with 5 different updates. 

     

    So today she gets a call from the embassy telling her they want a 2nd interview to discuss a domestic charge I had about 15 years ago. I did include that in my petition along with court papers where I plead guilty, but it was in self defense, as my wife was a addict and came after me. I pushed her away and she fell, since she had marks on her and I did not, I went to jail. Long story short. How will this effect our chances at a approval? I did not do any jail time, just required therapy and fine, and case was dismissed. 

     

    Also so I did get arrested for trespassing years before that, dealing with a ex wife once again, but this did not fall under the things the petition required me to report. So I did not report this at time of filing. 

     

    But im sure any background check will revel it. My fiancé knows all about this charges and why they happened. So it's no secret to her. 

     

    We now dont don't know what to expect, what they will ask, what to say and if our potion will now get denied. 

     

    Please help with advice, past experience and what to expect or is needed at her next interview next week.

    Thanks everyone for clearing this up. It is quite strange to try to figure this out. Finally got ahold of her. Although she had certified true copies of her allument and NBI clearance they gave her a form to take to have a satilite office send them a copy directly to embassy. Which she did right after she got out. They kept all her papers and passports. So assume this is good news, and just the waiting game now again. She said they hardly looked at anything, no pictures, chat logs, finical stuff. Nothing. She said they were very nice. She showed her her certified copies, she look at them and told her to have the office send them copies directly. If they don't trust the papers people bring which I can understand to some point, why don't they just have that stuff sent to them in the beginning. Anyways, another delay, but don't know for how long espically with the holiday next week.

    Fiance just had interview this morning. Looked to see status on website, could not pull up case under "Non Immigranting Visa" ( filed a K1 ) said had wrong case number. Changed it to immigrating visa and the case pulls up as ADMinistrating Processing". What is going on?. Have not been able to get ahold of her since no phones are allowed in embassy. Worried now this is going to be denied and where we stand. any explanations?

    Sending finical information for interview

    Getting ready to send finical records to fiancé in the phillipines for interview. Little worried about send tax statements with ssn numbers and all personal information there. If papers get lost or stolen, worried about ID theft. With some of the crimes I seen while there, and all the bribes I had to pay for allument to get this far hard to trust anyone outside her family
