Congrats! Yes,did your online status update,too? I called and speak to level 2 yesterday and they told me I'm approved and in que for oath schedule,but my online status still reads "interview scheduled"

Anybody who already have their naturalization interview and haven't heard anything back form USCIS for a while? Call the 1800# and asked the cs to transfer you to a level 2 officer.

I had my interview since Aug 20th in NYC and I have yet to receive my oath letter. I just called and spoke to a l2 officer and she said my case was approved and is in line for oath. Funny thing is my online status has not been updated so I'm still nervous lol. I feel a bit relieve though but I will feel much better when I receive oath letter.

So I just called customer service and I talked to tier 2 officer and she said I am in cue but my online status wasn't updated. Should I believe her? lol

The officer's name is at the top of the N652 form but I guess you're right. The wait is just killing me. I hope this will be over soon. Thanks for your reply

I did call and tier 1 was no help. She only said its up to me to send in proof of payment to update my case. She also said they have 90-120 days to reply. Ugh- this is pure torture lol

Does anyone know how to send proof of payment for my IO who interviewed me? I had my interview on Aug 20th and I was recommended for approval,although I owed federal tax $6,000 because I ammended my tax.

IO asked me if I have a payment plan with the IRS and I told her they didn't process it yet and I thought she would say "decision cannot be made" but she approved it instead.

Well I pay off my bill in full and I don't know how to send it in proof of payment. My husband thinks that why I didn't get the oath letter.

My sister in law couldn't take her oath on Sept 11 and they rescheduled her-so she's taking the oath today,so I'm feeling a bit bummed.

I'm in NYC and I had my interview mid Aug and I'm still waiting on oath letter. I applied based on 3 year rule

Take the letter you receive for biometrics and your ID. In my case I walked with my free card and my SS lol. You never know with these people. It's very easy so don't be nervous. Good luck!

So if that's what they told you then that's what it is. I had my interview Aug 20th and I called and they told me to wait 90 days and if nothing call back. I'm hoping to hear something soon.

I sent my package in May,I had FP in June and I had my interview in Aug and I am still waiting on oath letter 6 weeks later. I am getting so frustrated so I really understand how you feel. Are you in NY,too?
