lol..the lawyer told me to request our more recent transcript last week, which I got today. Hes been doing this for years. We sent the transcript to the NVC for the AOS package last year too, just bringing the most recent one 2015, and a copy of the ones I sent in.Your Transcript should do.Alright...here I go again. This tax transcript is making me loopy (or it could the aftermath of walking into a door yesterday)...trying to stay consistent in what I provided to NVC and whats in the folder for the interview but the "account transcript" has yet to arrive. What I have on hand is the "return transcript." Does it matter which is provided? I'm ready to close this folder and get it in the mail.
*I understand the difference between the two.

Good Morning everyone I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!
. On Friday my family that is myself , mom and little brother went to do our Interview. We had a 7o'clock Appointment and boi we were surprised to see so many persons waiting in line. Anyways we had to form a line and there rep came to each individual to view our passports and 2photos we then proceed through the security area then we were directed to the waiting area and be seated. Shortly we received a form to fill out attached with the # assigned to us. Nerves started to kick in got butterflies in the stomach but we waited for about 30mins to hand in documents and do fingerprints. Then we were told to have a seat about 45mins later we were interviewed all 3 of us at the sametime. He had a warm personality, asked my mom about 5questions then told my brother that his future wife is waiting for him in America and asked if hes taking the window seat. lol afterwhich he said our visas are granted.!!!!! boi wahat a relief. Atleast the wait wasnt as torturing at doing the medical,
I wish for everyone the very best
Congrats hun

https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/interview/prepare.html
*If you go here, about the middle of the page is a drop down, select Kingston and it will pull up of most file which tella you the required documents at the time of the interview. It is also advised to bring separately copies of all documents submitted, and any proof of ongoing communication (I.e. chats, texts, phone records) and photos. There is a wiki page (I think on here) that provides some good instruction. I will see if I can find it and post it for you to review. As far as meeting the poverty guideline for the number that will be in your household, of you believe that you did not meet that, then you should jump on getting the sponsor...there is a document on the new poverty guidelines (I believe it's here somewhere as well..or on the U.S. Immigration website)...I will also see if I can find that and post it here for you.
Now I'm reference to your previous text..."Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken child.."
No matter what...you made it through and that is a testament to your strength...so now we move forward, right?!! Right.
The other link for the thread "Case complete..." has a lot of knowledgeable people there who are days/weeks from their interview or who have gone through the interview process, so you can post there to ask questions if no one here can answer or direct you. I can personally say that dwheels and Frankjvr offer some great assistance. Princesslee, MrsBrw14, Edissa054(may have that screen name wrong), Al & Deidre who are JA filers as well, have personally been rocks for me. A few other people too..my point is, don't be afraid to reach out and PM people or post...we are all or have been in the "waiting" game and understand.
Keep the faith...everything will work out in your favor.
Thank you so much..really means a lot..thanks a bunch
for the love and suppprt..I have been reading those feeds..we have started gathering the pictures ..we have alot (we grew up together ) the call log the phone company said they can only go 3 months bck,not sure how to get pass that..I had a sponsor on the case previously and the lawyer suggested I take him off because I made enough money and didn't need one ..but now i do and i havent heard him say anything ...and based on the website am really goin to need one..
if the people from January all have interview this month ,when r ppl in march goin to get interview dates?
-
This is all new for me , but what do I need to bring to the interview? .I took 3 mnths off work after I had the baby last year..hence I didn't make enough last year..which is gna show on my most recent tax return.Should I get a sponsor, just in case please advise

Awww...trust me, we have all been there and are still there. Nonetheless, WELCOME!? Kingston is getting better...?
In most instances, the letter comes about 7 to 10 days after verbal notification. May I suggest also following the thread below (if you haven't already) and creating a timeline:http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/591044-case-complete-to-interview-may-2016/page-1
Very informative thread. Again welcome (the struggle is real ---haha haha) and whether it's information or moral support (we got you)..except for the question as to why Kingston is relatively slow in their processing...only the most high knows the answer to that one???. I do however have my opinions but will refrain from making them publically known. I've seen molasses come out of a jar on a cold winters day faster than their processing.
Welcome my friend and hold tight.
I really appreciate it thank you..all the best to everyone..I will try to add my timeline tomorrow.I will do my best ..I got checklist for a year and it was jus alot of stress,so i finally got a Lawyer to get a supervisor to complete the case..I would respond back to the checklist the same week I recieved it and the following month they generated the same one...sayin they didnt recieve it or it got sent to the wrong department..it was just a crazy and stressful experience while pregnant..but like my grandma would say..all you can do is Hope and Pray..Pray..I always read n browse through this site ...it's just really depressing reading some of these posts, deter you sometimes.
people still waiting from febrauary. Not knowing what to think for this final step .its alot of stress for any family.sorry for the late response..got a little guy teeding
