Please fill in your timeline so we can help you better. EAD can take up to 90 days or so after receipt. 3 weeks after bio is not long enough to finish EAD processing- generally. You could be waiting with status saying ready for interview for a short time or a while. Patience! It's all a waiting game.

but indeed this day has become the day for updates, and us March filers are being approved at a fast rate. Hubby is exactly 2 months today from filing AOS, 1 month after his biometrics.

Another miracle! Case update just came through stating his I-485 is approved ??? No interview.

Today is the day for updates!!! YaY- My husbands' AP got approved on May 6th and his EAD new card is being produced as of May 5th. God is good!

Thank you so much. Its not too serious and I should only be off my feet for a few days. I won't go into much detail but I would like to warn anyone against getting the Mirena birth control. It is because of this that I need surgery and can now no longer have children. I have the most supportive husband ever and I'm thankful for that. I just wish I had the EAD sorted before this. It would have been one less stress.

There seems to be many issues with the online tracker & status updates. Many people have been receiving their EAD/AP approval letters with nth shown online. At least you are progressing with letters in the mail. Lots of us are stalking mail carriers now. Haha

19 days after hard copy NOA and 9 days after biometrics letter and still can't check my case online

Our timelines are similar. Nth in mail yet for my husbands EAD/AP. Has your case been sent to your local office or did it stay at NBC?

52 days in, no notifications online but i got the approval of ead and ap in the mail! Ironically approved on the 5th of may (the day the netherlands celebrates freedom)...

With my (k1) visa issued on my birthday... I wonder on what kind of day i will get my greencard, independanceday?

Do you think that when you call the 800# and here the 'current' status on our cases that is accurate? Or should we call and speak with an actual person? My husband never received the actual NOA hard copies, just bio appt letter. So, no NOA hard copy for AP.

My opinion and upon reading posts previously- I would suggest you both go to the interview and let them tell you what to do. Please post a question on AOS forum to get some qualified opinions quickly. If you haven't done already. I would hate for you to have to do this process all over because they deny your request to reschedule and it has happened to another recently. Blessings! Keep us posted.

Help!

My husband and I received a rfie in the mail last week. Turns out we had used a outdated version of the medical form. In the letter is states not to mail in any documentation and to wait for further instruction. Today out of curiosity we called to find out the status of the case. We learned that our interview has been scheduled for tomorrow at the Orlando office. We never received a notice for the interview and apparently it was mailed on April 6!

We were told we could reschedule so a request was sent to the Orlando field office. We were told that the field office could accept or reject our request to reschedule. On top of that we have to have a new medical completed as the last medical is dated 5/23/15.

Any suggestions on how to handle this.

Your K-1 visa expired when you came to US @POE. I-94 is good for I believe 90days, which is what starts upon US entry. You should be fine with your AP. You have AP and valid passport- dont stay away for too long and you will be fine.

I have been "Out of status" for about 10 days after my K1 visa expired and I applied for AOS.

Now I have Advance Parole approved and I would like to visit my family in a few weeks. But I'm worried that those 10 days would be a problem. It's not an emergency but I would really like to go back to see them.

What would you do?

She will need a standard UK visa to visit England with a passport from Peru.

Now that my eyes are dried up from tears and my husband got home from work I have a level head now an I will be doing what you guys advices me ASAP

My husband never received hard copies of his NOA for AOS/EAD/AP (none of them). He only received his bio appointment letter. He did get email with case #'s- so we have been able to use the tracker app & USCIS website. He even got a Notice to Applicant for him not turning in the medical form (not the immunization form 3025)- but the original medical exam and to wait for further instructions. He is K1 so he shouldn't have to, but go figure. I think I will call tomorrow just to ask about him not receiving the NOA's at all. The receipt date is 3/17/16

My husband had his K1 medical in Jamaica in Dec 2015 and we got out NOA for AOS on 3/17/16 then a month later got a notice to applicant letter in the mail stating we hadn't included a medical form (we did include the vax form) with his package. So now they want him to do the medical exam again. No consistency. Good luck. I am sure it was just a fluke for us.

Oh my- I do as well. I don't think I can stop. LoL My husband rolls his eyes at me. He is so bored and wants to work, but I love when I come home from work and he is cooking dinner. Doesn't always happen, but I am blessed to have him here and for the help.

Our NOA is the same as yours. We got a letter too, but saying if we got an interview to bring the medical and if we got a waiver for interview we would get an RFE. My husband did the medical in Jamaica. Ugh. Now we need to pay again for it. Keep me posted on your progress. ?

Got my notice to bring i-693 to interview, I hadn't sent it with the application. I'm so happy we didn't get an Rfe for it. Please God my Ead isn't far off, I need to work.

Last night i had a dream, that i got a RFE, saying they need evidence that i grow lettuce in my yard! ( which i actually do), so i sent them a picture of my lettuce. But it got denied, because one leaf had a crack. ???

I cant let uscis take over my life like that! ?
