  1. Thanks everyone for your quick response. I've decided it would be better just to send the court supplied copies and avoid the RFE. I was trying to avoid paying for my records because they are more than 15 years old and have been stored at an off site location.
  2. TheI-129F instruction says to send court certified copies of the arrest record and or disposition. Are they asking for the certified copy that the court will mail to me or a copy of it? I don't want to send the actual certified copy because they might need me to show it later in the K-1 visa process.
  3. So I need to report a DUI I got in 2007 even though it came up as a misdemeanor?
  4. The only problem is I don't have the case number and the last time I talked to USCIS they didn't even want to talk to me unless she was actually present in the room with me. If I do contact the Embassy in Manila how can I prove to them that I am the household member and not somebody with bad intent?
  5. Thanks for all the input guys and I was able to contact someone working in that department at USCIS and according to them my signature makes it a legally binding document with no other option.
  6. Thanks for the prompt reply guys but I found the information on the I-864A Part 6 section E which states: I understand that, if I am related to the sponsored immigrant or the sponsor by marriage, the termination of the marriage (by divorce, dissolution, annulment, or other legal process) will not relieve me of my obligations under this Form I-864A.
  7. My wife who was born in the Philippines and became a US Citizen filed a petition for Alien Relative to bring her father here in 2019. Since her income at that time was not enough to meet the poverty guidelines I signed Form I-864A as a household member to supplement her income. We separated on August of this year and are in the process of getting divorced. She just recently informed me her father's petition was forwarded to the Embassy in Manila for interview scheduling. My question is since she moved out of state and is no longer a member of my household is the Form I-864A still binding? Wouldn't changing her address also forfeit her claim of me supplementing her income since we no longer live under the same roof? Also what kind of legal trouble would she be in with Immigration if she knowingly allowed her father to go to the interview without updating her current address?
