I have been married for over a month now and its been Hell. Even if he doesn't leave, I have no issue with him staying here. its just the principal. I kept my promises and he didn't.

he is knee deep if it doesnt work out one month ?? I dont know if he will be able to adjust from that... So are you venting or you want a divorce its only been a month...

If you cannot work out the differences divorce him and let him fix his legal status hell have to prove a genuine and relationship comiggling and so on if he cannot hell have a hard time adjusting his status here...
