Very wrong move. I live in Dallas and my case has been there since 2018 with no action. I would suggest you remain where you are unless you want your case to be unattended for the next 5 years. Goodluck with your decision.

751 filed-Sep 2018
N400 filed-Oct 2019
Yes 751 was transfered to NBC, I got a notice that it was transferred
USCIS local office judged 751 and N400 together-updates on case status website in a couple of days
Awesome, I filed same time as you. I751 - October 2018 and N400 October - 2019 Texas Service Center. They transferred 751 to Local office first on the 2nd of October 2019 and was later transferred next day to Lee Summit MO.
The case has since been showing The New Office has Jurisdiction..
N400 shows 9 months waiting period (October 2020).
Congratulations on yours as I look forward to a good news soon.
Best regards.

Hi, you mind sharing when you filed your I751 and N400? Was your I751 transferred?
thank you.

How long did you wait to get N400 interview after submission? It’s over a month I submitted N400,
-
Same thing happened to my application too. I filed N400 on the 28 of September, they transferred I-751 to Lee Summit MO on the 2nd of October then sent me a letter for biometrics which I did on the 21st of October . I guess we’re in same scenario.

Change of address affects cases adversely especially when you change states. However, your case has really taken longer than necessary. Please don’t move again. All you can do is wait and see the next update.
-
Your information is really useful. I just did my fingerprint for N400 on the 21st of this month, hopefully they will send a letter for interview. GC is still pending at Lee Summit Mo where they have jurisdiction to the case after it got transferred. Texas is slow but I believe my case won’t be that slow. Thanks again for your useful information.

Thanks so much for sharing. You have an idea how long it took for him to attend the interview after his case was transferred to NBC?
-
Good news, congratulations.

Congratulations to your wife. Was her case ever transferred to another USIS offer and when did y’all file?
-
Mine was Transferred to Lee Summit MO. I don’t think the two cases work together. However, the officer that would interview you for N400 has the power to approve your 1751 if it’s still pending. You don’t necessarily need to wait for your finger print exact date, just walk in, they will attend to you. I did mine less than 10mins. I was scheduled of 24th if this month but walked in and got it done on the 21st. Good luck everyone.

Mine showed finger print review completed too. But Lawfully app I used said due to technical issues USCIS may request me come in for finger print. I filed in N400 and the status changed next day that they transferred my I751 to Lee Summit MO. I believe they will use the N400 finger print I just did to adjudicate the I751. Now N400 Shows “we’re actively Working on your case” I don’t know how long the whole process will take, just looking.

My case was transferred to Lee summit Mo and no changes has been done yet. However, I did biometrics for N400 today so I guess they would use this new biometrics to approve the 10 yrs GC. Just my thinking.
-
I strongly believe it’s a biometrics appointment .

Texas is just a slow zone.
my 1-751 was submitted on the 10th of September, 2018, got an update that finger print was reviewed, they sent a letter saying they would use my old finger print but won’t refund my money lol. The latest update was they transferred it to another service center Lee Summit Mo after I filed N400 on the 28 of september 2019. I got an invitation for N400 biometric which is due on the 24th of this month but I might walk in on Monday if they would accept. It’s been a crazy experience.
Texas filers please share your thoughts lol. -
Congratulations, what were the questions asked?
-
I guess it’s a very good news
-
It is very easy, uses the USCIS early filing calculated, you will be able to know if she’s qualified or now. Just type USCIS early filing calculator on google. At the bottom, put the necessary dates required and it would tell you her open window for early filing.

Ok, good to know I’m not alone on it. I hope it’s for good.

I just woke up this morning to see my case that was transferred to a USCIS office on the 2nd of October has been transferred again to another office on the 3rd of October. Anyone have an idea of what’s going on?
-
It makes no sense at all. We can’t force them anyways. wherever they’re ready, they release it. The good thing is it doesn’t stop us from working and paying our bills but with the citizenship status you can get better jobs that requires security clearance.

Very good news, congratulations.
