I think the template is a great idea. I just got approved last week. Below are the information.

First 6 Digits from WAC/EAC Receipt #: EAC172900
NOA1 Date: July 17, 2017
Filed N-400?: No
Case Transferred?: No
Approved?: Yes     
     If yes, what was the date of your approval?: October 3, 2018 (haven't received a physical card yet, got the online notification)
     If yes, did you have a RFE (Request for Evidence)? On what date?: No RFE
     If yes, did you have an interview? On what date?: No interview
Any other information: Received my 18-month extension letter on 8/6/18

I will try to update my timeline as well. I'm a newbie here so just bear with me.

My NOA1 date is 7/17/17 and I just received the Biometrics Appointment Letter. The letter dated 7/29/17 and the appointment is 8/18/17.
