  1. Thank you all. i have been looking on the passport since every google search indicated that. I did found it just like Pitaya said.

As noted by the previous postings, my wife's Alien # or A# is located in a box (third box down from the top, located on the right hand side of the form) with the printed term "BENEFICIARY" and the Alien# is printed (in the format of Axxx xxx-xxx) to the right of that term, on the next line down in that box her name is printed. This is found on the Form I-797, Notice of Action, Visa petition approval form (NOA2).

Good luck on your immigration journey.

    thanks for detailed location.

2- your employer is required by law to provide you with a way to get a paystub. It doesn't work like believe me and you can trust me on what and why i deduct from your paycheck.

1- are you using a sponsor? if the embassy you are going  to show your proof of income and/or assets, might not be so easy w/o tax return and additional assets.  Even if you didn't have an income...i would show somekinda tax return. They usually want to see a history of somekinda income or assets.

i see. well i just requested account transcripts from IRS, will that be enough? also do they have to be original or can i just scan them and send them to my fiancee?

2 questions since i am in the same situation:

1- i only got employed last November(2017) so i dont have a tax return since i was depended on someone else.

2- my employee pays in direct deposits to my bank so i dont know how to get a stubs.

    thank you.

  4. I am going through similar now i filed a new k1 i have one approved by uSCIS October 2014 interview January 2015 he is my daugthers father it was put in AP pending DNA test. During AP i found out he got another woman pregnant and i withdrew the petition. No visa ever issued...

I emailed the embassy to cancel and when you redo the k1 you will need to submit a waiver if it it less then two years.

I found that out on here so i am waiting for an RFE for that...

    Good luck :D

thank you. but my main concern is how to cancel my 1st visa petition. i read that an approved I-129F last for only 4 months. and since my ex did not do the embassy interview it means the visa was not issued so am confused to where i am standing.

  5. So my fiancee and I broke it up right after my I-129F was approved and my application was sent to the embassy. We broke it up before the interview but i was able to cancel the interview with the embassy. anyway being the idiot i am i didnt cancel the k-1 visa petition yet (we broke up 8 months ago) as it slipped my mind partially because i was hoping we would be back and i got really busy with nursing school. now i am looking for my case status on the us embassy of that country and i cant find it. I still have my case in the usvisa-info website. and i didnt get any email stating that my k1 visa was removed. i am living in the US now and i wish to remove any K1 visas standing for my ex because i might file a new k-1 petition for someone else in a year or so (nothing in sight so far). Thank you.

TLDR: i want to cancel K-1 Visa of my Ex. the petition is in the US embassy.

  6. hello all. first i would like to say this is an amazing site, helped me a lot and i am indept to each contribution that was made here.

i am filing for my fiancee K1 visa. the interview is in about a month and all i am missing is the i-134. Since i am unemployed and cant support my fiancee i choose my brother to be my Co-sponsor. I am doing two(2) I-134 forms, one in my name and the other is in my co-sponsor name. most of the information i was able to gather from other posts about co-sponsoring.

    My questions are :

    - which name should my co-sponsor put in #3? is it my name(US citizen) or my fiancee name(foreign)?

    - in #8 of my(us citizen) i-134, should i add my fiancee name as wholly or partially dependent on me? or just put NONE?

those are the last things i need to do before filing the papers to the embassy. thank you all in advance.
