HELLO EVERYONE
im new in this site hope you can help me, it happened the same to me in 2006 in POE airport they cancelled my tourist visa because i was going to the us for 5 months at 2 times in the previous travels but never more than the i-94 (6 months) and i guess they did this for suspecting immigrantion as i read all of you, they stamp in my passport in my visa
cancelled and code
22 CFR 41.122(h)(3)and the code 212 (a)(7)(i)(i).... but they did not give me a paper or copy form never , only the passports and next day i left to my country
and i dont see the i-175 stamp(what does this mean)
now my parents in 2014 got her resident green card, she applied for me the i-130 for F2b immigrant visa so i have to wait till my priority day comes out in 5 years
my questions are..,o i need a Waiver , will i have problem in the process and the interview at the embassy for the immigrant visa??? do i need to hire a lawyer? and do i need to ask for my situation at por of entry that cancelled my visa?
i have been denied since then student visa 3 times , they only tell me all my family lives there so i have intention to immigrate etc,,, i never did anything illegal and always said the true in the ds-160 when filling it about my family petition in process and all what happened in 2006
so im worried about my immigrant visa in the future and interview for it...... thankss
Do you remember if they allowed you to withdraw you application? Because if you did... No problems... But if they removed you... Solo I-212 as they did to me...

I´m trying... But after a year at the limbo...
I have no strength anymore...
It seems that the Embassy is playing with me...
-
I-212 approved a month ago...
Still refused...
They don´t touch my case...
I have nothing else to do... 1 year waiting already... I can´t stand this anymore... I swear...

Im sorry to hear that your ex is a deadbeat father, uninterested in his children, It really does take all kinds of parents, horrible mothers (in our case), horrible fathers (in your case) in this world. Im glad that you found a way to protect your children from someone that might be potentially harmful to them. My fiance is a great father, pays child support on time, he had to fight for visitation with his son because crazy woman refused to let him see his son because she found out I was in the picture.
That is a great idea, however, the family legal system in Chile would never grant full custody my fiance simply because he is the father and not the mother. Biological mom would have to be selling drugs, selling herself or physically abusing stepson in order for us to gain custody.
This is exactly how my fiance and I feel... "But we dont need to help them to bring someone to US who we dont want next to us" ..we are leaving Chile for a reason, and it is to get away from her and to protect ourselves the last thing we need is for her to come following us to the US.
You know what? When all of that happened I was really bad (more because the kids realized the problem and they used to cry a lot)... Nowadays I thank God that I could be away from him and find a great father for my kids!
Im sorry for you, because this woman is making something bad even for her kid... All this parents problems affect the kids a lot... And shes not realizing that...
Maybe consult an immigration lawyer in Chile, for you guys to have an idea...
Ill be thinking here if I can have another idea!
All the best for you guys and Im sure you will be all safe from this ######### and be happy together
-
Just one thing? is not that we will not allow them to see him... They have the right...
But we dont need to help them to bring someone to US who we dont want next to us, even because he attempted to my life already... I made a complaining at the police and nothing happened...
It will be like this? Ok... Do you want to look for your biological father? Take a visa, buy a ticket and go there... His name is bla bla bla and thats it.

I had this kind of thoughts too... I have 2 kids from another marriage (Im brazilian and my new hubby is an US citizen) and I have the custody of the kids.
My hubby, know that I dont go anywhere without my kids, I was about to refuse anything related to not be with them...
So, he petitioned the kids with me. We discussed this possibility and we got a conclusion...
Once, their biological father is now completely out of contact with them (he decided to disappear... simply... because he owns me 2 years of child support and the court gave him a jail time already) me and hubby decided once the kids get their citizenship in US, we will give up from their brazilian citizenchip and after we will take their biological name and power as a father out. It will be like, they have no biological father.
Like this, we will be protected and we will be sure that none of the kids will never petition their biological father (hes a huge #########... and psych...) and we can be relaxed!!!
Im not sure if you can do it in Chile, but think about it!

Sure the shooter is German. Once someone get asylum, they consider themselves german...
It has nothing to do with muslim... It was just national terrorism, like CNN is saying... hahahahaha
This world is lost...

Me, as a worker from the international airport, I hope I´ll be able to join my family before the tragedy...
Brazilian government is not even releasing all the news about what is happening here about this...
I´m really scared...
-
I hope
I´m really anxious and I don´t want to wait the Olympics finish to go... It will start in 2 weeks and the Embassy will close during that... (they will work just with emergencies).
Thank you for your words
-
Exactly, but mine was a solo I-212, so I don´t need another interview... I wrote waiver, because when we write "permittion to reapply" no one understand lol
So now... Is just issue...
And it´s been some minutes and the status is like this:
- Older kid: Issued
- Smaller kid: AP
- Mine: refused...
And during the interview they promised me to issue the kids visa just when mine was about to be issued too...
I´m so confused...
-
Hello guys,
Had someone had to deal with such a long wait for the waiver approval at the embassy for them to issue your visa?
I got in touch with the Embassy, they asked me to attach the letter on the email, I did that and they said that they sent to the officers, but after a day that it happened, my status was the same... They renewed the date that it was checked and kept the status...
No news from that... Already a week and nothing...
Olympics arriving and come on... Be away a month and a half more because of this ridiculous Olympics... I´m waiting to be with my family already a year and a half...
I´m desperate...
-
Obrigada, p-ana...
Estou no meu limite...
-
Eu tive um "waiver" (permittion to reapply) aprovado...
-
Well... I had a rare condition and my lawyer resolved.
I got a solo I-212 and it was approved. He filled that exactly when we filed our I-30 and it was approved 15 days after my interview, so we had a "regular" waiting time for an I-30, even with an I-212.
If you want my lawyer contact, PM me.
Good luck

I understand... It´s very sad, very sad...
So I can´t say exactly, because I don´t know the health care law and all the financial procedures on these cases in Phillipines.
I know just about y country (Brazil) and here, they provide basic support even for those who have no money, but this medicine to help the lung of the baby, for instance, is something really expensive and they simply don´t provide it. IF the family get money for that, they give.
I´m really sorry about this story and I hope she will get over it, without any other problems, once she already have this trauma of her loss.
I wish I could help...
All the best, be fine.
-
Let´s face it... Did you guys know if there´s any kind of medical issue for her?
Are you guys sure that they simply left the baby die?
Doctors study so much to get their degrees and they don´t become doctors to kill anyone... It´s the opposite! lol
Me, as a doctor I can say that we get hurt when we loose a patient, it does not matter if it has money or not... Seriously...
So always look by both sides of the story... A lot can come up...
Take someone who is from the health care to talk with those people...
Take your own conclusions can be harmful for you...
The doctor and the hospital can sue you if you are writing this without a healthcare background... You are accusing them, maybe with something that it´s completely different...
Think about it...

Some information about this topic...
-
Oh, thank you for the information!
That´s exactly what happens to me.
I thought I was just in a horrible internet day lol
-
Today it looks that the site is not working... I´m trying to see my status and I does not go through
-
It is just my computer and cellphone and internet connection so bad today, that I can´t see my status?
The site does not go through...
Are them having problems on their site or it´s just with me? lol
