Hi All, sorry for the question (maybe is silly)... I have filled out online the ds-260 and now i have to send all the documentation requested in the packet 3.

Since my wife and my son have already american passport (my wife of course is the petitioner) do i have to include even their birth certificates?

Hi everyone, i have already posted this in another thread and i was suggested to come over here.

I am an italian citizen and i am married with a US citizen and we are living in Italy. We have a 1 year son and he has already the US passport.

My wife has just filed the I-130 at the US embassy in Rome and they have received it.

In september i ll have to travel to US for a 5 days vacation without my wife and my son.

Will i be ok with the ESTA application that i already have or i must file for a B1/B2 visa??

I was reading that it is sufficient that i show my intent to come back after the vacation and i think the fact that my wife and son stay at home should be enough.

Can i kindly ask for any suggestion??
