Evidence of Good Faith Marriage I sent.
Putting the spouse on a property I bought before marriage that she is co-owner
Assisted her daughter from her previous marriage financially with her university education
Pictures (USCIS responded pictures are not acceptable for good faith marriage)
Affidavit on our courtship to convince USCIS I did not go into marriage solely for immigration benefits.
I explained to USCIS that it was difficult to have much co-mingling of finances as the spouse wanted to steal all my savings, in addition to the mental and emotional abuse.

Sandra. Thank you very much. I already filed for VAWA and receive the notice. I will contact USCIS to put on hold my I-485 application until final adjudication of my VAWA case.
