That is a lot of wait time. Thanks for letting me know. We kind of need the time in Pakistan so we are not in such a rush.

We got DQ'd 31st march 2022. Still no word on the interview. Anyone else experiencing delays?

Case was Sent to the dept of State for Visa Processing. Received NVC Welcome Letter in an email. Happy to finally see some movement.

I was not able to connect. It just won't go beyond the ""What else can I help you with" reply. Their system just hangs up on you in the end.
-
True, The problem is, CSC is stuck at Feb cases for the last 6 months.
-
I tired but it won't go beyond the automated machine replies.

Almost 24 months in and I am still waiting on the approval on my I-130 with a PD of Nov 2019. Has anybody got approvals? My case is at CSC.

My case was filed at Csc,then transferred to tsc, then to vsc.

My pd is 11th of October 2019,i received "case is actively being reviewed" on the 24th of June, approved on the 25th june and received welcome email from nvc on the 28th...f2a.
Well that gives me some hope. My PD is Nov 25th 2019 so I guess I can expect something by end of July or August. Was your case in California Service Center?

Out PD is in October 2019 for I-130 and has not heard anything yet. Ours is in California as well
The USCIS website says the Cali SC is still working on cases from Jan2019. I tried calling by I can't get past the automated replies.

I-130

Filed for spouse in Nov 2019 and have not heard anything back on the case still. It looks like California service center is too slow. Has anybody heard back on their case yet?

seems like I was holding people up 😄 . Cases starting to move after my interview. Can't complain. Good luck everyone.

Hello All, I went for my N-400 interview at Kansas City, MO office and thankfully got approved.
Went in at 7:30am in the morning and checked in after security check and some Covid/health related questions by the security. The security people were very nice and courteous. The immigration officer called me in shortly after check-in. He put me under oath and went through a few details on my application. Then he asked me 6 Civics and history questions and gave me a reading a writing test. He was very nice and courteous and had casual conversations with me once in a while to break the silence while he looked at his screen. He went thru some questions in the end of the application for which the system did not record my answer for some reason. He asked my travel history and I had to tell him about my recent trip abroad. He then told me that he would approve me and gave me a printed approval letter. He put a red tick mark on the approval box and handed it over to me. He said that I will get a letter for the oath ceremony within 2-3 weeks.
I just checked the online status, which changed to Oath ceremony is being scheduled.
I hope everyone on this thread is approved as well and wish everyone good luck.
Thanks

yes it got pushed from March to Oct and then back to March.

I won't give the completion time any credit. I applied in the end of Oct and it showed Oct 2021. Guess what. I am getting interviewed on thursday. If you got a bio reuse notice it should not be that long before your interview is scheduled.
N-400 Filed online Oct262020

Same Here. Our PD is Nov 23. Nothing yet. However, I will soon become a USC and plan on asking for congressional help to get an answer.
-
any interviews or any other updates for anyone?
-
Is there a way to speed up this I -130 spouse application if the petitioner becomes a US citizen? Can I go to the local congressman and ask his office to inquire and see if they will speed it up? Does becoming a citizen help at all?

My interview scheduled for 18Feb2021.
Filing date Oct 29
Biometric reuse notice: Dec11
Interview was scheduled : Dec 30
Local office is Kansas City MO

I agree, the way the cases are being worked on seems very random. One of my friend here in Kansas City applied in July and has got nothing but the receipt notice, while I apply two months ago and am already scheduled for Interview. It was probably because my bio were re-used but the disparity in processing times is quite a lot.

My online status now shows "Interview was scheduled" The estimated wait time changed from from Feb2021 to July 2021, then it changed back to Feb2021 and now it changed to sept 2021. I don't think these wait times are accurate. I have not received the notice yet but I am expecting the interview to be sometime in the last week of Jan or first half of Feb.
Filing date Oct 29
Biometric reuse notice: Dec11
Interview was scheduled : Dec 30
