Nebraska (LIN) Service Center here. We've filed for I-751 since September 2018 and still have not received any biometrics letter but only the 18 months extension letter.

My CR-1 case is completed June 2 as well and I called yesterday with no interview date :/ I will call again Friday and hope for the best. Over 60 days is ridiculous but I think you will get an interview date for August!

I will be following your timeline closely because my spouse is also in Vietnam. Let me know how is the interview. I'm waiting for a case complete at NVC.

Took them about 1 week after the approval notice to send to NVC and then about 3 days after for NVC to receive.
From what the NVC rep is saying, once they receive the file, it takes another 42 days but I'm hoping within 3 weeks.
