hello everyone!

I've submitted I-130 for both my parents via mail. Priority Date: Mar 23,2022

One is processing at California Service Center and the other one is Potomac Service Center.

Anyone knows how it's gonna work because both service centers have different processing timelines.  I got NOA1 for CSC on Mar 29,2022 but for PSC on June 25,2022.

Nothing after that.

Anybody received interview letter for this month?

If it's still inactive then call NVC, they will guide you.

I received my WL on 6/29. I paid AoS and is in 'Paid' status. But the IV fee is not activated. How long does it usually take?

Guys don't loose hope. I just got my interview date June 6, 6:30pm. PD is November 7. Start calling.

No checklist was issued. Thank God.

I have completed DS-260 and mailed the required documents. How will i know that NVC has received my documents? Do i have to call or they send an email?

I had the same experience. I paid my aos before I even got my welcome letter thus prompting the error message. Did you got your welcome letter already?

No. I haven't received it yet. I just check randomly and today saw this error message. Now what should i do?

when i am trying to pay fees online, there is an error message

"This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately."

Anyone knows about it? Please help

I have a question please, usually when I call NVC and ask about update of my case, or when I am going to receive the WL, or when I am going to start processing, or when I am going to start filling. there is only one answer for all this statements: we are processing cases with PD of June/15/2014; and your PD is march/2015 so there is no visa available for you case?? well, I don't need a visa now I just need to start filling my application; also how they knew that there is a visa available or not, is it based on what?? if it is PD some people received WL with even PD newest in the list than older ones ( good luck for everyone . for me seems like customer service doesn't know what's going on inside NVC.

Exactly! Same is the case with me. The representatives don't have exact info, they just tell us what has been updated in the system regarding our case. No real time info.

Still hope to receive WL soon. Fingers crossed!
