Would anyone who received a RFE advice if we need to attach the original blue sheet they have sent or the copy of it and keep the original for later? This is kinda urgent...thanks

Hello, we received an RFE on our K1 visa app and sent back the blue paper. I believe it specifically stated to send it back.

Finally, my f just called and the agent said they just got our case.. Will wait up to 4weeks for the case number.. But will try to call them tom or nextweek hope they will give our case number.. ???? feeling better now than hearing they havent received our case..

Hello, thank you for your help. My fiancee has her appt at SLEC coming up in a couple of weeks. She is traveling to Manila with a family member. Is she allowed to bring them with her to the clinic for the appt?

Sad to say we still didnt get the case number.. Its 34days now.. Hopefully any good news this coming days.. ??

The Embassy keeps very strict controls on interview dates by not opening too many months at a time. Usually the current month and maybe the next. August is open now of course, and if a date shows then it may be because of a cancellation. September should be open now also. Are you seeing a September calendar with possible dates grayed out?

Like others have said, the calendar is always in flux. You can try in an hour and fined 6 dates open or again zero. You just never know.

I don't see any Sept. dates grayed out. All the calendars look the same not grey just all light blue.

Thanks in advance for all your help! I am majorly stressed!! We just got our number (MNL#) from NVC last week and my fiancee paid the fee at the bank this morning (banks closed Friday due to holiday). She is now online filling out the DS-160 and the only date available this year is August 28th, that's 4 days away. There is no way we can make that appt. too close. Does this sound correct!! :/

Keep calling them. It seems you are lagging a little behind the norm but you are near enough that soon you will have your MNL#.

We finally got it 2 days ago!

Thank you. One more question. It says statement from a bank officer **total amount deposited in the last year. My bank won't give me that, just a statement with balance and open date history. I have all the other requirements for the 1-134. Will copies of 1 years bank statements work?

Hello everyone thanks in advance for all your help. We just got our MNL# yesterday and I need to know if my fiancee fills out the ds-160 first and then pays the fee, or does she have to pay the fee first then fill out the ds-160? The NVC gave us a mnl# and an invoice #. I know I had read about that on this sight but can't find it now.

****HOW WE MET**** on question 34a I wrote on a separate piece of paper that we met online then in person later. They sent us an RFE notice because we did not explain enough. I had to resend it, because they wanted a better explanation so I sent - "we met online on facebook then connected on skype that same day and have been conversing ever since". So if you are going to say online please state exactly what site or they will think a marriage broker.

Also my letter of intent was 2 sentences long. It is my intention to marry my fiancé,-----------------within 90 days ----------

Hi everyone, im also waiting for my case number we got approved july 21,2015 been calling almost everyday but still they didnt recieved it yet..

Every time we call they just gonna say it takes up to 35days to rcv from the approval date.. Still hoping we get it soon.. ??

We have similar dates. That is what I have been reading also, usually takes about 30-35 days.

Hello everyone,

We got our approval letter (NOA 2) 16 days ago, I called the center after 14 days and nothing yet. They told me not to call back for 2 more weeks and to send an email with a copy of the approval, which I had previously done. Just wondering is this typical? What should I expect for a wait time?

Also, I called a different number 603-334-0888 I found online, (no wait time there) because I didn't get through to the 603-334-0700.

We are currently waiting for the NVC to issue our MNL# it has been 10 business days today. I have gathered most the paperwork to send my fiancee in the Philippines.

I make a couple of thousand dollars over the income guidelines needed to support us but am asking a family member to fill out a sponsorer affidavit or support just in case.

Which should they fill out the I-864 or another I-134 like the one I filled out?

Just got an RFE stating they want to know how we met. They want to know what broker I used, because I said we met "online" on my statement from question 34. I didn't use a broker. Do they want to know if we met on fb, snapchat, instagram, etc...?
