Need help...husband went to interview in Juarez on 6/16/15 and he was approved he got a green slip along with his rights , but CEAC status been Ready,Refused,AP and still under AP and decided to call the consulate was advised that he was going to receive a letter via DHL..a instruction letter for a follow up interview..has anybody been to a second interview..
