I'm very depressed , we married last year June and i got my green Card december , and i have a problem in our relation now were separated , how can i handle this?

I'm still able to file for my ROC ? , its my affidavit of support will end if the divorce will finalize this year?

To file a divorce , i only need to to fill up the same form like in RoC?

you are from the PI ? suggest the USCitizen file the divorce petition, the USCitizen be the petitioner in the divorce case.

Coupla things:

Divorce:
1. the county website has instructions on how to file, giving sometimes example documents. Find it, study there today.
2. if you two not want to engage a lawyer, you'll need to prep the documents yourselves.
3. There are 3 phases of a divorce:
__a. File a petition with the clerks office - no hearing required.
__b. File any temporary orders, attend any hearings about the temporary orders.
__c. Prove up by Petitioner during a divorce hearing.
then the divorce is granted.

Immigration Stuff:
To successfully file a RoC casefile, you'll need to gather up evidence of a bonafide marriage, evidence that you two co-mingled the finances and money. Then tick the 'divorced' box on the form. We have a Guide in the Guide section, so use a PC with a real web browser and study the guide, downloading the USCIS forms as well. If you're stuck on a handphone right now, get into a library and use a PC there. Bring a usb memory stick to save the forms and instructions, print it out later.

= what are the papers need to send to the court or to file.

2, change of address,

3, file for ROC,

i need more little of help to all of you guys,

I am separated with my partner , i am now living with a new address and new home.

our relation didn't went well, and we going to file a divorce , as for now i walk out the house and live somewhere as i we talk and we don't want talk about our problems at all. so we decided to separate and file for a divorce, but we try many times to fix our problems and issue in between two of us, but it didn't went well,. as a K1 base visa , and now a PR holder ( Green card) for two years, is there any possible for me to remain in the state until the expiration date .

for filing a divorce , we don't have a lot of papers and even a pictures as he really hate someone took a picture of him, WE JUST ONLY HAVE JOINT BANK ACCOUNT, we just renting the house that we live together but he live there for many years, . is that already okay or enough evidence for my ( ROC )? when my divorce file is final , when should i file for ROC? ( my GC expired 2017 / 12 ) next year.

guys if you have idea how to file this case, i really do need your help,

Advance parole is not needed if you have a green card.

Outside of North America you would need to check if PI nationals need a visa. A green card is not the same as a passport.

Just Asking if a green card holder ( K1 base visa ) can travel outside the United State without an AP

( Advance Parole ) .

What are the requirements that needed to prove to the immigration, Border of protection ?

And also A GREEN CARD HOLDER ( K1 BASE VISA ) are allowed to travel to any free country that US visa free country?

You are not a PRC.You are a green card holder and you have a permanent resident card, commonly called a Green Card. I hope you have enough proof of bonafide marriage (commingling finances) otherwise your GC will not be renewed.Get divorced and once you are divorced file form I-751 waiver.

I'm asking a question and advice of how I can handle the situation for not to terminate in the immigration or to release in the country .,

Yes I'm living with my husband ., but our relationship didn't went well, and I'm trying to open my case to my cousin and friend to help me incase after I divorce is that the immigration will as a affidavit of support as I'm not working yet, because our bank will be automatic cut if our divorce was finalize .

And I think me and my husband has only a join bank account and that all .,

So please tell me what is the best way for me to file my removal of conditional .,

It is possible to wait till next year to apply for ROC OR I CAN DO IT as we filing for divorce.,

Because i cant stop the USC for what he want ,

Were not happy to each other for him to be happy and we both want divorce .,

Hi , I need your help guys,

As we know some of us have problems about the marriage ,

I am a PRC holder and start removing of conditional next year, but the problem was i can't hold the relationship at all as I'm tires of being treated not good,

special " MENTALLY Abuse " as a new in the country is hard to adjust and to start a life , but your partner forcing you to things which you did but you can't get it as they need more further info about being a new allies of this , country ,

I'm tired being traded Verbally & Mentally , i got sick to think hard what I'm going to do to my self, I came here with a good faith , and get into the marriage with a good faith ,, but after that i didn't treated well , and this is always the words i heard " if you can't do this i return you to your country , " because i didn't do good, .so I'm confusing my life, i tried to be just quite but i can't now.

my question is ,

1. I divorce USC and after the divorce , the Immigration will send me to my country?

2. I am still legal to to stay in the US if there is someone willing to file for me to stay here and to support me?

3. i can still remove the conditional by my self with out the USC .?

I know it stressful, but try to relax. The interviewer is not looking to deport you! They know that you won't have much evidence of co-mingling yet...as noted above, bring what you have and answer the questions openly and honestly. The questions are usually very basic (i.e. how did you meet, who proposed, who was in your wedding, those kinds of questions). You will do fine. Good luck.

I need help as I'm reading a lot of how all this processing going to be happen ,

today i receive a "NOTICE of ACTION " for the Initial Interview for Adjusting of Status ,

we meet last year October 10 , 2014

then we fall in love to each other,

we spent time together in his all duration of visit , then he propose to me if i want to marry him over the phone the phone.

then He process all the papers for my coming to US , and we my visa application was approve December then next year he came back to my country to see me again , then that ice engagement time , we didn't take any pictures of engagement but we have some couple 6 pictures from last year of two of us ,

i arrive in US April 27 , than June 12,2015 we married in Nevada ,

we applied for my AOS , I-485 last June 19,2015 ,

then i receive a notice that the USCIS receive my file,

then on July 08 i receive multiple notice for my BIOMETRIC Appointment ,

july 31 is my Biometric appointment ,

And IVE done it , then i didn't get any notice after my biometric appointment , I can't get a job and schooling , so i wait

and today August 21,2015 i receive a NOTICE OF ACTION for my INITIAL INTERVIEW for my I- 485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR ADJUSTMENT OF Status, that will going to be happen next month September 21,2015,

my Problem was, Im afraid about the interview because i don't know what question they going to ask,

as I read about the interview if they going to ask of any proof about our relationship such as pictures ,

from the time we meet and i have only few, then 2 pieces of pictures during our wedding ceremony which held in vegas by a wedding chapel head,

we don't took a lot of pictures as my husband don't like taking pictures , and we travelled places i have nothing to see a proof but only our hotel voucher and flight ticket,

i don't know what all or some of the proof that they need to see,

where just know each other 9month now, and one of my concern is my EAD AND AP i didn't receive any of them after my Biometric appointment ,

guys advice.
