I don't think so, if you are born in the US then you are a full citizen, actually that's my case my parents lived in the States for two years before I was born (both Argentineans) a month after they came back to Argentina bringing me obviusly buy I'm a USC, that's why I know about crba (i now have two daughters of my own that are not USC because I don't meet the requirements.

Actually, even if the USC is the man he has to meet the physical presence transmission requirements:A U.S. citizen parent may transmit citizenship if s/he has been physically present in the United States for a certain amount of time prior to the childs birth. For children born on or after November 14, 1986, the citizen parent must prove that s/he was physically present in the U.S. for 5 years, 2 of which were after age 14. It is important to recognize that the burden of proof is on the applicant. Physical presence may be proven by presenting a combination of records such as school transcripts, social security statements, old and current passports, etc., to show that the physical presence requirement has been met.
If the mother is not married:
An unmarried U.S. citizen mother may transmit citizenship to a child born abroad if she has been physically present in the United States for a certain amount of time prior to the childs birth. For children born on or after November 14, 1986, the mother must prove that she was physically present in the U.S. for a minimum period of one continuous year. It is important to recognize that the burden of proof is on the applicant. Physical presence may be proven by presenting a combination of records such as school transcripts, old and current passports, vaccination records, etc., to show that the physical presence requirement has been met.

Hello everyone!! First of all congrats to all of you who got CC! and for those of you still waiting hope you have some good news soon!.
In my case we sent IV and AoS supporting docs of our 3 cases (Husband and 2 daughters) on Nov. 10. Just today I received an email from embassy (only for one case) saying they received them (Scan Date 11/10). Hope to received the same for the other two cases soon, or should I worry about it? What do you say?
Anyone from Argentina that can tell me how they cases went?
Thanks to all and good luck!
