Then he can ask anyone working there that he needs to get " récépissé" to get a police certificate. It will cost about 100 goudre ht . then he can go at DCPJ its at Clercine with the recepisse plus two ID photo copy of the page that has info on his passport then the approval letter he got from the immigration. He needs be at DCPJ around eight.

Thank you guys for the replies. I reminded him to ask the embassy about the vaccination record when he picked up his visa today so he asked about it and the embassy did keep the copy. So now I feel more comfortable that we have everything for oue next step! This part was seven months from when I sent the petition to today. Soon I will get the tickets for November 10th! So happy!

Oh my!!! Approved!! I just checked my case status and it said my case was approved on October 15!! Yesterday!! Thank you my Lord!

I'm getting a little frustrated. Filed in March and still no NOA2. I call and get the same stuff - they are within normal processing times.

On the plane topic, we did roundtrip because it was actually cheaper than one way. I put the return way out to April so should be ok with canceling. Also I hope can get AP before it.

He married once and he did submit the final divorce decree. And both of us did submit letter of intent. We will submit another copy of the divorce decree again . thanks for responding.

Couple of questions...has he been divorced multiple times (if so then you need to submit divorce decrees for each one - final or absolute) and did you submit all pages of the decree with the signed or stamped pages verifying processing by the court or judge? Did you include letters of intent in your package stating you are both able and willing to marry? If you did all of this then I am not sure what might be missing.

Hello everyone! My fiance received a letter in the mail yesterday for a RFE for proof of legal terminination of marriage. They are asking for both of us but I havent been married before. My fiance did but he submitted the final legal decree of divorce when filing. What should we do? Help please.
