Did you fill out a new I-485 or just replace the page that has “Spouse of USC” versus “Entered as a fiance of USC?"

I-485, I-131, and I-765 were all sent back with the following rejection notice. Original visa is K1, a copy of I-797 NOA 2 (I-129F Approval Notice) was sent along with the application. Thoughts?
