Is there any place to get a Philippine passport without appointment. Preferably Manila but we will travel. Need asap

Please help. I have made calls to embassy, NVC and USCIS to get info on follow to join. Does anyone out there know who to call. Or what I need to do. Kids are on original petition it is under a year. Please help.

My wife has her green card allready. She went to get kids, they were on k1petition and it has been less than a year. When I setup interview appt. will I use my wife's name or children's name or do they even ask for it. I will do it online like I did for her, but I can't remember if I need name. I want to be prepared. Thanks

so the steps will be get passports, pay visa fee and schedule interview. The day she gets passports go to medical. Is this all we have to do.
