I messed up trying to register for cfo. Do I have to wait 15 days before I can try again? Please help 

Are they giving k1 visa appointments online for Manila. I went to do it and said no appointment available.

I emailed them twice to cancel and reschedule and got no reply. I called for several days couldn’t get through. The reason we canceled was my wife became citizen and didn’t have her passport yet, so she couldn’t travel 

It’s crazy they would send me a date and not be doing them. 

I received the email about 1 week of January 2021

Is Manila doing IR 2 interviews. I had gotten a email for Feb 10 interview. I called the number several times to cancel and sent a couple emails and no response. Any help is appreciated

Does anyone out there have experience with the i130 process for stepchild. I’m trying to find out does she get the visa when it is approved or are there more paperwork to file. Any help is appreciated. 

Why would she not need to do adjustment of status?

She is 11. And is it best to file the i485 with the i130. Do you know the process of the I130

We would like to go over in 2021. So I’m trying to figure out the interview date. I have a certain time we want to go. I wonder if there is a way to request a certain time for interview. 

My wife is permanent resident now, child was on the original k1 visa. It’s been almost 4 yrs since she been here. We want to bring daughter here, what do we need to file? I see something about child to join, or do I file i130. And if I do the 130 does anyone know the process of it. Especially how the interview is set up. 

I have to file my stepdaughters I 751 in Sept. She had come after 90days so could not file with mother. Looking for info on how to fill out the I 751 form and what documents I need to send.
