We have just received our interview date for the 27th of October at the Sydney Consulate. Things moved pretty quickly. It's a ways out but we're grateful that it has gotten to where it is now as fast as it had.

We just received our email from the Sydney Consulate! Time for our next step on our journey!

WE JUST RECEIVED OUR NOA2! Our NOA1 date was June 9th.

So excited to hear you guys have gotten your NOA1 now! How many days was between them receiving it and you getting your NOA1?

It was about two days for me.

Sent it on the 5th and it was delivered on the 9th.

Just received the text message for our NOA1. It's going to California. ?

That makes me nervous. I sent in 6 pictures of us together, travel itinerary of hers when she came for 4 months, copies of her passport, a letter she sent me and receipt of a package I sent her. Hoping that is enough, but we do have a lot of evidence to bring when we get to the interview portion. Hopefully the Sydney Consulate is cool about it.

That's what my tracking says. So I think that is what it means that it was picked picked up and delivered.

Sent ours in on the 5th. USPS tracking says it was just delivered so now we're waiting for our NOA1.

I'm getting ready to submit for my fiance's k-1 Visa. I'm having a hard time understanding what the big deal is here. As long as she can stay in the country until the card is approved, is it really that big of a deal?
