I-751 divorce waiver filer here! I got RFE on February 15 ish. Responded on may 10th.
I just got approved 2 days ago and the “card was picked up”. They probably took a month after receiving my response to the rfe. Thank god after this long journey i finally got approved without additional interview length. I tried my best to explain my situation through a personal statement & provided plenty on online posts as I didn’t have many official proofs.
My suggestion for everyone would be just be patient. The entire time of my application process i kept patient and silent. Because i know my stress or actions aren’t gonna change USCIS’s procedure. The only thing i did was going to info pass and getting stamp twice. Tbh I didn’t even expect my application to be approved, at least not without an interview. Hopefully everyone will get approved very soon. It was a long journey.Peace ✌️

I have sent the response to the RFE on may 8th. And it was delivered as per the tracking record says. But my case status still didn’t change. It still says RFE was mailed. Is that normal?

I filed my I751 waiver in July 2017(VSC ). I got RFE in November 2019 and after reply to my RFE, my file was transferred to NVS on December 20, 2019, to schedule an interview. And since then no updates. Last week I made an info pass appointment in my local office Hartford, CT. They told me right now they are scheduling the 2015 files interviews. And I filed in 2017. So just WAIT WAIT WAIT.
I am so confused. It's almost 2 months but still didn't get interview date yet. This is the last semester of my study. After June 2019 most likely I have to move where I will find my job. I am just worried what if I will not get an interview until June 2019? Because if I will change my address then my file will delay again.
I have two option
1. Move to the place where I found job and change address (it will delay my file)
2. Stay in the same address until I am done with the interview and after the interview start job.
what do you think, which option is good for me? I am so worried because I don't want to do anything so it affects to delaying my file (because it's almost 19 months) and I also don't want to take a break in my career. I am trying to find a job near my area but what should I do if I found a job in another area, another state.
Please guide what should I do in this situation? Which option is best? And approximately how long it will take to get interview date?

Thats really sad to hear! Dont worry about these, legally she cant get anything. When you are spouses you dont owe anything to each other. She has no legal case. Just focus on getting your life together.

Since his GC has already expired, we traveled with the NOA. Apparently, the format has changed and it took longer than usual for them to verify it was a legitimate letter. We were sent to a separate office. I accompanied him because I obviously did not want to leave him alone.
It may not happen to anyone else, but just take the necessary precautions and leave yourselves plenty of time to catch any connecting flights that you may have. Also, always travel with your original NOA.

Did u carry your expired GC while traveling? or travelled just with the passport and NOA ? I lost my GC and apply for the replacement, I want to travel with my foreign passport and NOA, not sure if i can do that.

So my husband's interview went very well. The consular seemed very happy with the whole interview. At the end she said "I Approve Your Visa, You will receive it in 5 days. But a day later he just checked online and it is changed to AP from ready

In sha allah she will be approved. As i saw all of the female applicants were approved without much questioning.

Alhamdullillah. Today was my interview, I just checked the NVC case status and saw this message:
IssuedImmigrant Visa Case Number: DHK*** Case Creation Date: 27-May-2014 Status Updated Date: 05-Oct-2015Your visa has been printed. Depending on local procedures at the location where you were interviewed, your visa will be mailed or available for pickup soon. If there are further questions, or if we need updated contact

So my husband's interview is on the 5th, and we just noticed today that we made a small mistake in our sponsor's name. How high is the chance for the consular to notice this

I have my interview on 5 October.
I have registered to www.ustraveldocs.com/bd
but on the visa category it shows IR4.
I cant find any other option to change this. There is only two category to choose from- i) IR4 ii) K type
Shall i be worried?

I have my interview on 5th Oct. at 8.15 AM. Where will be better to take medical tests?
I have done the medical exam yesterday. It was easy & fast. All u need to do is bring ur passport, interview letter, 5 copy passport sized photos to the Doctor's Chamber. The whole process will take about an hour. You must do the medical soon because there is upcoming Eid holiday & ur medical must have been done by 25th September.

I applied on October 2017. however i applied for I-90 replacement of lost green card on April 2017 and got a stamp that time. May 2018 i got another stamp, and May 2019 the 3rd stamp. So i totally got 3 stamps over last three years.
