  1. And lots of people don't understand why gay people are attracted to their own gender, or how anyone could love an obese person, or a black or a Muslim, etc. Or YOU, for that matter. Icky - how could anyone love YOU?! lol.

But the rest of us don't hear about a relationship problem and throw our pet bigotry out there - was he black? Was he fat? Was he Muslim? And get up on our soap box to rant about it.

Personally, I don't know why anyone would marry a Filipina. All they want is a green card. <_< You don't love your husband, and he doesn't love you. How could he? How could anyone? Saying such things does not reflect upon Filipinas. It reflects upon the speaker: that they lack character to say such things.

Words like "just" and "only are called minimizers. When people want to make a molehill out of a mountain they do this. So when we tell a black person to stick with his "own kind" so that he can be loved like he wants to, and insinuating he got what he deserved for his white wife leaving him, then we say this. Oh, I'm "Just Saying". As if that makes a nasty, bigoted comment somehow less nasty and bigoted.

This is a simple case of bigotry, not a manipulative person. This was a case of seeing an opportunity to rant about couples with age differences. The previous poster - holy cow. Every sentence is manipulative, and very poorly camouflaged.

Bigots come right out and say nasty things - nothing sneaky about it. They think it is perfectly normal to despise blacks, gays, fat people, or whatever their particular bigotry is. They are amazed that anyone could think what they say is wrong. A manipulative person on the other hand, knows exactly what they are doing and that it is wrong. They just have no scruples about it. But it is delivered in an underhanded, sneaky fashion.

You must be one of those Ole Ole that marries a fresh filipina?? Lol Don't camouflaged yourself, LOL these men who wants younger girls think they're cool shite you could be a grandpa to them already but they don't think care coz they are sick!

  2. Hello VJs! My aunt is filipina(green card holder) and her husband(USC) wants to invite my grandma(81 yrs old) to visit them for the holidays. My questions: 1) Does my grandma needs medical exam? Is it required for Tourist visa? and 2) Does she have to go for interview? Thanks all.

  3. Not all women are like that. She's acting kinda childish. It's gonna be your anniversary, yes. But she needs to understand other circumstances and you guys need money once she arrive to the

US also and she needs to understand that it's hard to get a a good job now. You won't understand women because women are women Lol she could be emotional now but she will realize it all later. She have to think the stuff in the long run.

  4. First let me say that during the process of receiving your final endorsement from NSO you can file your I-129F. At this stage you do not have to provide any copies of your NSO documents with the filing of the I-129f. You will have to have all your final annulment processing completed when you go for your interview. Divorce, annulment and nullity of marriage are all annotated the same.

Having said that, have you done any of these steps? and which ones have you completed?

    1. Once you attain the annulment you will need the decision of the annulment, entry of judgment, then the decree of annulment..

    2. Then youll need to secure copy of the marriage contract with the annulment annotated on it. A total of four documents.

    3. Youll need to wait 20 days from receipt of the Solicitor General of copy of the decision before you can secure the Entry of Judgment.

    4. After securing the Entry of Judgment, you will have to register the same to the Local Civil Registrar where the marriage took place or Filipinos hometown. The said office will transmit the same to the NSO.

    5. You will show the Court what date the LCR transmitted the documents to the NSO. With the proof of receipt of the NSO, the Court will then issue the Decree of Annulment. After 15 days from receipt of the NSO of your documents, you can now request a copy of the marriage contract with the annotated annulment) proceedings. You need to request at least 4 certified copies for future use.

Thank you for the reply. What documents do I need to send to my fiance so he can file I-129f? I know one is my G-325A, but I don't know what else.. Do I need to send the Entry of Judgment(finality)?

  5. Hello VJ members! My fiance and I are getting ready to file for K1 visa. I am confused as what to attach to I-129f. I am waiting for my finality and I'll have it in next few days, but my question is what will the USCIS need from me? I heard, The Declaration of NULLITY OF MARRIAGE and ANNULMENT is different. My case falls into the Nullity of Marriage. What do I need to send? Please help..
