That is good news! it looks like you did get an NOA2 at some point and they didn't tell you. I received the same notice last night but I got my NOA2 on Thursday.

Your case i no out of normal processing times. You should make a case status inquiry and get them to sort it out. If you haven't already contact your congress man.

i will tell my fiancee, he is not seeing that will work, i am the beneficiary i wish i can do it myself instead of my american fiancee, i would use every advantage
It doesn't hurt to try, all the best!

since yesterday we are not well, i would say me, i am losing my mind, i am so hurt, knowing i am the only person cant be with him and others can, its killing me, and i have nooooo idea when is my time, today is my 176 days, we hired a lawyer, i have no idea why she says she will make inquiry only after 185 days, so this is why my fiancee sees it will not work with senator as long as we have an attorney, i pray for all of us truly to get through this nightmare and be with our soulmates
I have been in contact with both the senator and congressman, if one doesn't give a good answer ask another one. I had 2 inquiries put in at the same damn time. try it, I dont think it will hurt.

now i am feeling what Jan fillers felt, when Feb filler having their approvals while Jan are still waiting, how this whole process so unfair and like a lottery , my God i am so tired, i had such a very difficult week for me, i am in so much pain, sometimes i cant deal with it
Just this morning my Fiance and I got into a terrible fight, we both said some horrible things to each other. This process has created monsters out of us. Contact your senators and see if there is anything they can do. I did contact my senators 2 weeks ago, I have no idea of it did something but who knows.
Don't loose hope and don't loose your mind. I really hope you all get your notice soon.

TSC had a very slow day yesterday. Let's hope they were a little more energetic today.
Its not that they had a slow day looks like they worked on a good amount of cases, they just had to send out alot of RFE.

Forget all that do a k-1 its much faster.

Have they Ben speeding up? Looks like better progress than last week.

I was laughing as I was thinking about it. the $340 is pennies to have the NOA2 sooner and have this burden lifted. Its just a funny though but if it worked it would be an awesome way to stick it to USCIS!

Hey Guys I had a crazy Idea and I know its crazy, has anyone thought about just refiling their petition and letting it go to CSC? if you refile now the file will go to CSC, once you get the receipt that it went there you can recall your TSC petition? I know this is crazy I was just wondering if this is possible at all.

Lol they don't even work on weekdays! Congrats though

Yea that does make sense them having to realize the rfe issue. I believe tsc was slammed with all the cases since Vermont was messing them up. I don't think we can blame them for be most part for the rfe issue since the petition filed have to be correct for them to accept. I am not feeling to optimistic either. I haven't even seen my fiancé since the time we have gotten engaged. She cannot visit here since she needs a visa and I can't go over there because of no time off at work. I'm stuck just waiting and hopeless.

Does anyone know why there not that many updates anymore? It seems like a bunch can through on Monday but there are hardly any. Is it just because people are not posting up or is there another slowdown?
I also tried to do an expedite but they denied it. It just works by luck.

Good for those who got approved or touched, bad for the rest because it means we probably have to wait for a month for them to get through the February petitions. I think they do some early to help their averages, its not fair at all but life often isn't.

Tom I think your list is great. It makes me feel better seeing some kind of progress no matter how small it may be. I am sure that there are many people who also feel that way. If someone believes it is giving them false hope then they shouldn't be a part of the group. The purpose of all of this is to provide hope and help each other along. If you want to bury your head in the sand and just wait then that should be that persons prerogative without upsetting the rest of us.
-
Yes mine is going crazy as well. So frustrating!
-
Thanks Tom for putting the information together. I do agree with your data and I think that we should all be hearing something soon.
-
Wow these are great lists guys, thanks for putting this together. I can't help but be hopeful now. It looks like we are past the most difficult stage and thing appear to be getting better. Stay hopeful my friends.

Things seem to be improving, I doubt that it will be another 4 months from now, the people who work at call center don't really have any real information. If we keep looking at the trends for the files that are coming out now it seems to be improving? Anyone else notice this?

I have gone back and forth with watching and waiting for these processing times to get better. It's hard to deal with frustration of seeing the cases at csc done so quickly and having to be stuck for so long with tsc. It's important to keep in mind that even though this is a long time to wait the light is at the end of the tunnel and it's coming up soon. Some feb cases are getting approved now and those are not expedited. Looks like the range is 180 to 140 days for approval so who knows.
With this immigration thing I think it's all about time and luck.

Unfortunately, the whole "work transfer" that USCIS announced back in early March was not what we all thought it would be. Turns out, they are randomly forwarding cases from states that would have gone to TSC to CSC instead. While I think the majority of new cases are going to CSC, not all of them are.
It's going to be a dumpy ride - I'm sorry. But I check the Igor List frequently, and TSC seems to be approving about 6 K-1 petitions a week whereas before, it was barely moving. I think they are getting their act in gear, but still doesn't compare to the awful discrepancy.
Btw, I love your username!! Do you speak Spanish fluently?
Thanks for the reply, So I guess the case usually stays where it is at? ITS SO FRUSTRATING, ARGHH!! I am glad to here other people's cases are flying through CSC and its pathetic the TSC is so sluggish.
Btw yes I can speak spanish fluently, I came up with the nickname back in high school, I thought i was clever back then lol.

Why dont you try direct consulate filing in Brazil. I think that process is very fast. Maybe she can her green card very soon that route.
