Hello everyone,
My fiance and I are in the process of gathering everything to send in to the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad (Pakistan) in order for him to schedule an interview for his K1 Visa. We had one question and thought we'd bring it to the table before we asked a lawyer (if necessary). Here goes:
My fiance (the applicant) is divorced. We sent in a copy of his divorce certificate during the USCIS I-129F process and were approved. When sending in necessary documents, aside from his divorce certificate, is it necessary to send in his marriage certificate as well?

For those who are worried about not receiving anything after changing your address- we got our NOA yesterday; two weeks after our package was received by CSC. Good luck to everyone else waiting!

His interview went well. They kept his passport and said everything looked good. As of 12/21, his case is in AP.

Hang in there RKX1101, we're also in the same boat- no status updates since 12/21. Hope they both get issued soon

This does sound like you're still in AP, otherwise, I'm sure they would have confirmed that you were refused. Out of curiosity, did you mention your CEAC status in your email to them? How long did they take to respond to you?
