  1. My divorce decree will be finished at the end of October, and I am aware that I need to send them to the Civil regestrar but do you know the timeline of that process until I get the Cenomar?

Timeline from Civil registrar to PSA till you get the Annotated MC would be 2 1/2 - 3 months.

  2. It was 8 years ago, I already have big tattoo on my back, so I don't mind getting one on my wrist, I've just been wearing watch or something to hide the scar, the reason too I wanted to cover it up bc I don't like people to see it and ask me why? It was selfish thing to do I nearly lost my life for this one man. Anyways, I want to cover it up coz I'm going to be sharing my life soon with my fiance's family and I don't mind them asking me and explain, it's just that I don't want to go back to my past and remember how it was.

  3. Hi,

Quick question , can my petitioner just scan and send me through email our approvedd i-129F instead of sending it by mail. ( coz it will be really costly if we mail it right? :P )

All other documents I need for the interview will be sent by mail. like AOS, letter of intent etc.

    thanks :)

AOS? That's after wedding hehe please check K1 guide the list is on there what to bring to USEM :)

  4. Thanks CappyLovesSag!

Actually, we did go to some print shop here and the lady gave my wife (I was hiding coz I am a Kano :) ), two options. One will cost 12 P and 20 min and one with 7.5 P but takes an hour!?

I was really surprised by this quote coz all I wanted to know was how do they want it and what kind of paper?

So, I told my wife to go back and ask and they said it would be via Bluetooth!! I wonder, do they really know what to do? :)

If you ask me, I think it's better to put all those pics on one USB then take it to them to print. An USB is something they understand!

12 pesos for what size of paper?? Oh well it's the Philippines LOL I have to be stern sometimes to some filipinos coz I hate someone ripping me off. I did mine 3R size for 5 pesos. And it only took less than 30 minutes to print 20 photos that's what I sent to our initial petition.

  5. When the case reaches the SolGen you don't really need to pay anything for the attorney if you paid for the annulment package, usually that how it works for lawyers, except for stamps and mailing. If the SolGen suspended her case it means they didn't grant the annulment. You need a GOOD LAWYER, they need to present the case neatly, talk to a lawyer and if there's need to refile do it in the province where there's less case going on so it's quicker, 3.5 years is a long time and the SolGen just denied it, it's a total heartbreak. Time and money goes to waste that's devastating.

I love my country but I hate the government!

  6. I'm sorry to hear this. If she's young, early 20's and working in Angeles she could be a bargirl. At the moment she sees the place as fun, for sure making money and lastly meeting foreigners. That's why I'm hesitant meeting younger girls in Ph because they take time to mature (but probably not all) when they're late 20's till 30 that's the time they think about settling and marrying. And another reason too she could be scared of moving to another country and not yet ready. It is what it is.

  7. <p>On the Link I sent you above it includes the requirements. Copied her below but you will read more on the link. What should I bring to my medical examination?

    • DS-260 Confirmation Form (strongly recommended).
    • Appointment letter sent by the National Visa Center or an e-mail confirmation from the Visa Information and Appointment Service.
    • Appropriate medical examination fee.
    • Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
    • Three color pictures (2 inches x 2 inches) with a white background(two are for the visa and one is for the medical report).

DS-260? Is it a new form for K1?
