Finally I have all the documents for my package to be send and now I am filling the forms.

At the Form I-765 at question 16, Eligibility Category I am problems trying to find where I am . I came as a J1 visa, change it in a B2 visa but my previous visa expired 2 months ago.

Could someone help me understand what category I am from the Who May File Form I-765?

Exactly what forms from the tax return are necessary to provide proof of income from my sponsor (spouse) ?

for 2012 and 2013 are 75 pages each and but for 2014 are only 4 pages taken from Turbotax website.

My social security was made in 2011 when I came first time to work here.

Yes, we have joint accounts, soon the lease for the apartment on our names but i will not be able to apply before my visa expires. What kind of status I will have after that?

As soon as my roommates decide who can replace me in our lease, my manager from the Leasing office and do my new lease that me and my husband we are waiting for it. So I am at their hands until they decide.

And I want to make sure I have everything correct and in order and send everything once and not be worried that something that I send can be wrong.

For the green card process, me and my husband we have to show that we are on the same contract lease. We gonna move together in the first week of July because we were waiting thee apartment to be ready for us.

I am on a lease , a have roommates and all of us 3 we are on that lease, but I can not be on the lease that me and my husband we rent , it's in the same building I am leaving also.

And we have to show proof that we are both on the same contract for the apartment but because my roommates takes their time to find someone in my place I don't think I can send the package with all the forms before my visa expires.

The leasing office can not add me on my new apartment lease until my roommates find someone else in my place so they can sign a roommate release form.

My visa expires soon but me and my husband still need a few thinks for the package.

How big of a issue would be if we send it after that?

I am on a lease and until we don't find someone in my place I can't be on the lease of the apartment that me and my husband we rent it. And it's in the same building that I live already.

I hope we move faster but my roommates can't decide yet.

Any thoughts ?

I know sound weird but because they can not afford the apartment without me I can't be on two leases.

Me and my husband want to fill all the forms but today at the medical exam the doctor said that they fill it in black ink and sign it in blue ink because before had problems that USCIS think that they can be copies and not originals.

Should we fill everything in black ink and sign in blue ink?

In February I filled for an extension to have it until the end of June.

The funny thing is that in October 2014 I filled for an adjustment of status from J1 to Tourist visa and they send me the acceptance letter 2 weeks before I go back home.

I extended my tourist visa because of some personal reasons and still didn't get an answer.

I have one thing that keeps bothers me. I am with a tourist visa here, and I got married and now we want to apply for a green card for me but my approve of extended status of my old tourist visa is not here yet.

Would be a problem if I apply for the green card without the approve or after the date I applied for my tourist visa to be extend?

I have one more question that bothers me. My husband had his insurance payed by his dad but after we got married he don't have it anymore. From his job will have full benefits/insurance in 4 months from now.

Is that gonna be a problem if we don't have a joint insurance when I send the forms?

We could show more proofs of living together when we go at the interview?

On Friday we gonna pay the deposit because we want be sure that we gonna get it. But we gonna move at the end of June actually together.

At the interview we can get more proof of living together but right now we want to apply before my visa expires so would not make it difficult.

We met by mistake online, we have a really funny story and I was reading today our first conversation on Facebook and it's really funny. I ave messages and pictures together. Not with me and his family yet because we didn't think we gonna do this. I am here alone so he has pictures with my roommates and my closest friends that are kinda my family here.

All the bank accounts and insurance we gonna start to do them next week.

What name should I write in the forms for the application? My Family name or the one of my husband? I want next week to go and change my last name in his last name.

I just got married with an USC and we want to apply for a green card for me. I came as a J1 and change my status in B2. Right when I was planning to go back to Romania he proposed me.

My question it is: I want to send all the forms and prove of marriage and relationship in one package from the start. It's that alright? I saw people here that they send separately , or I didn't understand very well.
