I hope all the June filers still waiting for interview and oath get theirs soon!

Yeah, I was asked if I needed a new card, and I said mine was still in perfect condition. Since I know we're allowed a limited amount of cards in a lifetime (in case of theft or loss), I'd rather not have them put down I have used up two already.

I'm still in line for oath scheduling. At this point if I get the letter I'll ask to be rescheduled as my trip is in two weeks. Maybe I might not even be scheduled before my return on January 6th, at which point I'm likely gonna try calling USCIS to see what's up.

I think Memphis does it twice a month, but they said they might schedule me in Little Rock, and from what I understand they only do it here once or twice a year.

Congratulations to those who had their interview! It's been basically a month since mine, still in line for oath. I leave to Brazil on December 20th and am wondering if I should call USCIS and ask ahead of time not to be scheduled until my return, or wait and see if there's still time ... although I have no access to a passport agency here in Arkansas, so I can only do the expedited request through the post office.

I'd look into that link, Copamom, and try to schedule an infopass appointment at your local office to see if that doesn't get out out of limbo.

Could you update your timeline? The whole thing, so we have an idea about your case. Did you file based on marriage to USC (3 year rule)? When did you become an LPR? This information is extremely helpful when looking for advice here.

Copamom, have you looked in other month threads to see other applications with Phoenix as the field office and what are their status? It'd be good to know if this delay is particular to your case or generalized to your field office. If it seems it's just you, I'd make an infopass appointment.
