Just curious since there have been several Issued lately for Egypt what timeframe from when your status changed to issued that you had the Passport in hand?
Specifically I am looking to find out how long people have spent in AP in Egypt. Is there a record of this kept anywhere....and is it really mandatory AP for everyone or just a select few?
My husband had his interview a few weeks ago. He was given a paper after the interview saying that they regret to inform you that your visa application has been refused under the Immigration Nationality Act....
The photo my husband sent me of the paper he received is so blurry I cant tell much of what it says. Unfortunately my husband doesn't understand what this means. He told me we needed to provide more proof of our marriage with texts and online conversations. Which we have sent. So I am thinking we were not denied just delayed in getting our visa. We are currently in Administrative Processing. If we were denied it would say that right? Am I correct or has he been denied?
If we are denied I need to change my status from approved to denied.
