Also found this regarding i-134a: The I-134A is typically used to show that the sponsor has the financial resources to support the beneficiary during their temporary parole in the U.S. I have been doing some digging and from the USCIS website there is a statement that helps me decide:

Now that you mention it, I am not entirely sure which one I should use? the i-130 or to apply for the i-134A? I am just beginning this application so would love to hear what the communities opinion is on this. Do you all know what the different guidelines are for i-134a from the i-130? The instructions on the US Citizens and Immigration doesn't make things too clear as to why choose one over the other. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Please share your experience with this process. From what I understand I need to first put in an i-130 application then wait for approval? Then how does the process continue? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On question regarding evidence it is asking for "Proof of Marriage to the Child's mother" Has anyone had experience with this, is getting a copy of a marriage certificate as easy as going to the official marriage certificate department and requesting a copy? Also, I was married in Cuba. Can my daughter request it?
