That image is of an I-129F petition transfer from 2013 when the mass transfers from Vermont to Texas happened. An I-129F petition and an I-485 application are not processed in the same way. Apples and oranges. I-485 applications are done through the NBC or local USCIS field offices, and not service centers.
If you asked to have your call escalated to a tier 2 immigration officer, and not just talk to a customer rep that answers the phones, they should be able to give you more info about your case. If you just talk to one of the customer service reps that answer the phones at the call center, then they can only see what you can in your online updates.
Besides calling and having the call escalated to speak to a tier 2 IO, you can also make an infopass appointment and go talk to someone directly at your local USCIS office.
If it was an interview appointment or an RFE, you can go ahead and ignore it and possibly get denied for not showing up at the interview, or not responding to the RFE in time, but I don't suggest it. I would find out what notice you never received, and make sure you can receive all future correspondence.
