I came to USA on L1-B. Me and my husband got married in January 2015 and started working on AOS.
04.02.2015 – AOS combo sent via FedEx to Chicago Lockbox ( I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765 and I-131, we didn't send medical I-693 as I didn't have it ready)
04.03.2015 – AOS delivered
04.08.2015 – eNotifications via emails & text that all forms were accepted and forwarded to USCIS National Benefits Center in Lee Summit for processing.
04.09.2015 – paper I-797c for AOS forms sent via mail
04.09.2015 – checks cashed
04.10.2015 – I-797c for biometric appointment produced
04.13.2015 – medical exam started
04.14.2015 – I-797c biometric appointment sent via mail
04.15.2015 – I-693 medical exam completed and sealed envelope received
04.17.2015 – I-797c biometric appointment notice received via post, appointment in Columbus on 04.30.2015
04.20.2015 – I-693 sent to NBC
04.27.2015 – biometrics early walk in done in Columbus SC (no problems at all, we arrived around 2:00 pm and we were done after 15 minutes)
04.27.2015 – notification via email that AOS has bed stopped from farther processing due to lack of initial evidence – BLOOOODY HELL WHAT I DONE WRONG???
04.28.2015 – I-485 RFE sent in regards of I-864 – based on evidence provided my husband doesn't meet sponsor requirements.
06.10.2015 – RFE response sent via FedEx to NBC & received on 06.11.2015
06.22.2015 – I-765 & I-131 approval notice produced
06.25.2015 – I-797c paper approval notice for I-765 & I-131 received via post
06.27.2015 – EDA & AP combo card received via post (Finally!!! I will be able to get back to work :-D)
06.28.2015 – email notification for I-485 – status moved to “RFE response review”
06.29.2015 – since then only silence and cricket chirp……….. Calling CSC is absolute waste of time!!!
