I have written a letter to make a request add my new born son into my case. After 45 days i call them and remind them about this letter they said within 24 hours it will be updated. I received a IV invoice bill on email including my new son entry very next day. But after passing 3 days there is no any addition/updation online ( https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx). Please suggest me what i have to do to pay my fee online.

Still showing online not invoiced also not added my new born son.

I have send letter last month but i did not receive any update after passing 45 days. I have to pay IV fee but still my family member not showing online.





Calling to nvc but always got message try later. I am upset please let me know.

My IV fee option have been enabled but i want to add my family members in my case like spouse and children. I have post a letter to NVC on 28 April regarding family member addition. I have enclosed the copy of marriage certificate, birth certificate for spouse and children. But today is 7 May there is no any updation in my case can anyone telme how much NVC take to add my family member so i can pay the IV Fee.

It is better to send email instead of posting the letter and documents for family addition.

Any one can telme, police certificate will be send as it is or need to send a copy like other documents.

Thanks so much Hamida. The document we have send Birth and Marriage certificate contain the Maiden Name. So NVC add that name. Now Her passport and ID Card Contain the married name.

My Name is Tanveer. I was petitioned for F4 by my sister in USA when i was single. Then i got married in 2007. I have send a letter to NVC to add my new family members. I have enclosed the following documents

1) Child Birth Certificate

2) Spouse Birth Certificate

3) Marriage Certificate

NVC add my family members i have seen online in IV fee option. But they add my spouse name with her father name (maiden name) instead of my name(after married).

e.g Sadaf Azeem instead of Sadaf Tanveer

Because she has Sadaf Tanveer on her passport. Please give me your feedback what i have to do it should be change before IV fee paid or not.
