  1. Congrats to all approved!

    I love seeing when a month inches up to/above the 50% mark. Come on TSC, you can do more approvals each day!

    I really think that the number of approved petitions on VJ is higher from what it says. this is what I found looking at the September timelines.

    Error = 12 Timelines (when you click it gives you an error)

    Private = 7 timelines (Does not show when was last active)

    October = 1 Timelines (Last time active)

    December = 3 Timelines (Last time active))

    Feb = 5 Timelines (Last time active)

    March = 9 Timelines (Last time active)

    Sep =2 Timelines (Last time active)

    Nov =1 Timeline (Last time active)

    Jan =3 Timelines (Last time active)

    None selectable = 31 Timelines (You cannot select, these timelines are almost never updated looking at the approved petitions/unapproved from previous months)

    These are 74 timelines that most likely will never be updated.

    There are 125 unapproved petitions from September – 74(might not be updated) it gives only 51 timelines that are active from April 1st to April 17th.

  2. cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV

    Hi all, I just wrote again about the situation. Just an FYI, this email address is read. When I spoke to the girl on the phone she looked in email and confirmed she received my attachement (a few months back.) So.....if you want to start complaining to them......... I also emailed a few contacts.

    Grrrrr on your behalf this blows. Im ticked and it's only 136 days for me.

    I think we should create a new thread and ask people to send an email. if we create a new thread a lot of people would have a look at it and she should post on it everyday so the tread will stay at the top.

  3. LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT UPDATE

    Some of you may recall that the Skunkworks team sent a letter to president Obama requesting his help in balancing the I-129F processing times between the CSC and TSC. I penned it, KD proofed it and other team members viewed it. I FedEx'd it in early February. We definitely had our share of doubters right here on VJ, but we marched on anyway. Once the announcement came that the USCIS would shift processing of some of its petitions, there was some speculation as to whether or not our efforts helped bring about that change. Well just as a complete FYI, we now have proof that it did. Today I received the attached letter from the USCIS HQ that specifically addressed the letter I wrote to the White House. I'll let you draw your own conclusions, but personally I feel that our efforts were definitely not in vain and that if you choose to stand up and try to affect change, you can. IMHO we helped bring the transfer to fruition; it seems unlikely that the change will do much to help us who were involved, but even if it only helps others who file in the future, I - and I feel certain that the other Skunkworks team members would agree - consider that a victory, and well worth the nearly 80+ hours that I invested into it.

    FWIW.

    ps-It's clear that the USCIS knows who I am, lol! And I am also the one who spoke with the director of the entire USCIS, Mr. Leon Rodriguez, concerning the I-129F processing time imbalance during the public conference call that they conducted a couple of months ago. I just hope that I haven't gotten "on their radar" somehow and have been shoved to the very back of the TSC processing queue as a result! :rofl: I realize that this is rather highly unlikely, but it's kinda funny to think about in a way; after all it's been 7 months for me as of today and I'm still waiting. LOL!

    Well done

  4. well I'll tell you right now, I haven't forgot to update lol, that's for sure and the fact that we all paid the same amount of money for a service that should be fair drives me insane. I understand that 2 different places aren't run the under the same managment ad there should be some difference in time, but this is an outrage.

    See, I hate coming here and bitchin about this situation cuz it really won't help out the cause nor it's going to make a difference, because these nasty people aren't even educated in law, NO THEY ARE NOT BRIGHT LAWYERS NOR PARALEGALS, these people are just hire-ups from the street with medium lv of intellectual knowledge that are given a booklet on steps by steps procedures on how to proccess is suppose to br done. If you don't believe me, ask you self why does it take so long for uscis to correct an error. I had a friend who used to proccess I-130s a few years ago and he told me that texas is the more unorganized center they have, no doubts about itfrom what we can see and the worst part is "THEY CAN KEEP CHANGING THE DATES AS THEY WISH IN ORDER TO KEEP THEIR "IMAGINARY GOALS ON TIME" AND THEY CAN'T NEVER BE CHARGE OF BEING LATE.

    I know its something stupid, but i wish there could be a wait to boycott their income by stopping all immigration request for a month (I would have waited in order to force these SOBs to get money from congress againand have some sort of oversight) but those are just dreams coming from a nobody.

    p.s. so much for the "no bitchin' part right?"

    I understand your point of view. You are completely right.

  5. I just checked the Igor's list and I checked how many August fillers are on Vj. There are 213 fillers and 151 are approved until today ,62 are unapproved.

    I wanted to have a look on these 62 people that are not approved(or have not updated the timeline). I did count the when they were last active and this is what I found.

    This is the number of people when they were last active

    Aug= 1 - person

    Sept= 6 - six people

    Oct= 2 - people

    November=2

    December =1

    Jan=6

    Feb=1

    March 23 =4

    April = 12

    These are the other stats

    Private=2 private timeline

    Error=5 it ends up with an error.

    Not selectable=19 ( you can't open them)

    These are the stats for 61 people because I missed one.

  6. It happened the same thing to me.

    On January 22, 2015, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number SRCxxxxxxx, because they could not deliver it. This could have a serious effect on your case. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice immediately. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. I called the customer service and no help at all. they suggested me to do an E-request. i did that and they didnt assign my request to an office(whatever) after a month i did the same thing again. this time they assigned my request and i got this response.

    On December 24, 2014, we created and mailed a receipt notice to the address we had on file at that time. It appears the receipt notice was returned to us as undeliverable. However, Texas Service Center (TSC) does not re-mail undeliverable receipt notices. For your own personal records, you can go to our Case Status Online tool on our website at www.uscis.gov and print the page that indicates your case was received. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I think they mean that "This could have a serious effect on your case" in case they sent you an RFE. However i dont have an idea.

  7. I was sitting here alone in my office today looking at the changes in processing times as TSC continues to get slower CSC continues to get faster. Im starting to wonder when CSC is going to start processing future applications, soon people who get sent to CSC will get an email before they file stating we know you have not filed yet but may someday so we are notifying you in advance that your petition has been approved. Then I went on and looked at CSC on IGORS list and to my amusement there is an approval with NOA1 date as 7/24/2015 and NOA2 date as 8/22/2015.

    CSC fillers can have kinds until TSC fillers get approved.
