Sadly but you've to look for a CS. You had it in September last year and it's already October. So it's already expired. It happens that's why when you file your AOS, you've to consider the application process. Like when you filed in April, you should've considered the 6-month process for waived in case your interview is waived and yours is.

In marital assets, you can just submit a joint account, state ID, if you have. It's alright not to have lots of it since we just got married.

Same here! Received an email and a text message. It seems like they are getting their act together. All I can say is that it feels so good to finally be on this point after feeling somewhat neglected by USCIS. I wonder if my wife calling numerous times showing signs of stress and desesperation on her voice had anything to do with this. hahaha

Guys after the approval, around how many days or weeks should we wait for the arrival of the card?

Finally my case is approved, too! Now I don't have to be jealous. Now I can move forward to waiting my card delivery. God is good!

How's everybody doing? I just called the USCIS office to follow up my application and they just told me that I have to wait until July 23rd for the update. Waiting is killing me. My biometrics was last May 20th, most of you guys already received an update. ???

I hope she still change her mind. I am a Filipina too and I never got homesick because just like what my husband always tell me, this is my home now. He is my home. I so wish I could make friends with her and maybe she would change her mind when she meets new friends and travel to new places. She came there for you and before she left the country, she should know that she will not be returning to the Philippines in a little while. Anyway, passport and ticket are all she needs to exit the US.

Just found this thread. I filed in April too. Did my biometrics on the 21st of may just waiting on EAD. I had an RFE which I sent back and they received on the 28th of may so still waiting. Has anyone received anything yet?

Hey guys, my EAD was approved a couple of days ago. Still waiting for interview to be scheduled.

Here is my timeline:

Apr 16, 2015 - package sent to USCIS

May 12, 2015 - walk in biometrics rejected!!!

May 21, 2015 - Biometrics completed

Jun 17, 2015 - EAD approved

We almost have the same timeline, I hope I'll hear good news as well this week.

Last night I came home to find an NOA letter saying my husband's EAP/AP was approved. No card(s). My cases online have not updated ... no email...no text.... the NOA date was 06/12/2015

I'm so glad that one of the AOS filers have news about her application. It means that April filers are moving. I'm soooo hoping mine and the others would, too. I wish an interview scheduled will pop up in my mailbox and EAD/AP approval.

So I had applied for a driver's license in the end of May but the SAVE system wouldn't let me because it still said "Application Pending". So someone from the Secretary of State said she would call me whenever it was all clear, which she did today. I went there and asked why it said now, and she said it now says that I "meet the one year requirement or something like that". So I am assuming that my EAD got approved - since you can't get a driver's license once your I-94 expired and before having the EAD. No changes on the website and no letter in the mail, but I'm trying to stay positive. I hope that it got approved!

Good morning April Filers! This is a brand new week and I am hoping that we will get the results that we wanted, our EAD approval! Can't wait to work and help my hubby already. Let's all be hopeful and pray that this will be our week!
