No.
He will need to establish residency. This is different than simply purchasing property.
What's the issue? Not being able to buy your way through the process?
My dear please, be polite, I am lady. I am sure you can answer me in a better tone.
I do have issue with country not wanting me to invest large sums of money. I will pay lots of US tax.

Excuse me, but the wait at TSC is an issue for everyone.
I know my darling and it is too awful how we are all stuck in Texas for all these months. My petition lying around on some dirty desk in that horrible cesspit of a State. I shudder when I think.

Get your fiance to move a state within the CSC scope
Then withdraw the current I-129F.
File a new I-129F that get sent to CSC for processing.
You know I never did think of that. If we buy a house in California will he be able to file from there?

No way? Even a large donation to the US Govt? This is an issue for me.
-
How much do you think this costs?
-
Not necessarily. Some people go longer than the 60 days.
My dear, after your 3 weeks at the CSC I'm sure a couple more than 60 days won't kill you.

Hi, so I am a U.S. born citizen, but my fiance is a Mexican citizen. We met here in Austin in December of last year while she was visiting relatives. So, I proposed in February, hoping for a wedding in August. The only issue is, she has to go back to Mexico shortly after to finish her last semester of Med. School shortly after the wedding, and I have to leave to go back to school in Idaho. So, my question is this: is there any way for us to get married in August? If so, which is the fastest/cheapest?
Thanks in advance.
Go to the courthouse and speak to a Justice of the Peace officer. I don't know what the laws are in Texas regarding timelines.
You will have to apply for a Spousal Visa (CR-1) if you get married.

Just google darling, everything is available online

This is a funny thread, but funny in a not so nice way for us people waiting at the TSC!

Phone the Consulate/Embassy and ask them to replace it in a new package, you don't want it to appear tampered with. How can they issue things like this?
-
Good day
Does anyone know the official who heads up the TSC? A name or contact number would do.
Thank you.

I was told that it is very tricky to move from a B1/B2 to a green card. They will need to know you were not planning on getting married when you entered the country which is hard to prove. And you have filed a fiancé petition? I don't think it will work.

I should hope one could visit! Especially if is taking a while. I just returned from the US, I am using my B1/B2 visa. I was not hassled but now I am concerned for future visits.
When I am in the US I am always there for business (and now pleasure). Can I continue to do business in the US?
-
Yes, they are extremely back logged. You're looking at around a 7 month wait for approval as of today.
Oh my word. I was under the impression it might be a 6 month wait for the whole process, not just the Texas part. Thanks for the information.

I see you are also there, this place seems to be a problem, no?

Good day
We filed the K-1 last Oct 2014. We still don't have an approval.
Is this normal?
-
Most celebrities already reside in the US. If you have enough money you can buy your way into the US with an investment VISA.
At least that is what my lawyers tell me. I am thinking of scrapping my K-1 and going that route. I am tired of waiting, I have lots of money to invest in the US.

Excuse me, what is a troll? I'm sorry my circumstances are different to yours but we are all different.
