You should get your EAD within 90 days since you applied for it. If not, send them an e request asking about your case.

You live in Arkansas it doesn't mean Arkansas uscis holding your case. I applied my GC application in Feb 2016 ( almost a year ago). I still haven't heard anything about my case, status is still " fingerprints fee was received ". I made an appointment with USCIS offfice field in Fort Smith, Arkansas where i went for fingerprints. They said they don't have my application in their office, the office in New York is holding it. They said if your case is interview waiver, then it should be in any USCIS in US, you should call USCIS to ask where is your application located, then check processing time to know. There is no cost to renew it if you have a pending AOS. You send the same stuff you sent for the first one, but also include your NOA1 copy for your i485 as proof you are renewing on a pending AOS.  Hope this helps.

It's time for me to renew my EAD because of pending I485, what I've read is we must renew our EAD before 90days current EAD expired. Has anyone of us done with the renewal of EAD? Me too, and they said i should renew my EAD 90 days before expired. Mine is expired in April, so i guess i have to renew it in January, they said we can do it online too...good luck to you all

What your i485 status says online? What's your local field office? Have you checked the processing times there? It can give you an estimate

Well, I don't know where is my application. The status says : fingerprints fee was recieved. But i did make appointment with local office and they said my case is interview waive, my case is normal, just be more patient. I asked him if they can let me know where is my application now, they said they can't tell exactly but it's in New York. They said they already approved for EAD, so just move on with that and be patient more for GC. I guess all i can do now is waiting.

Finally received GC in the mail today. Yay!

Congrats! How long does it take for you to get GC since you applied for it? I have been waiting for more than 8 months

Did you try to call USCIS and ask to speak to Tier 2 person? I know it does nothing about getting the process done quicker but they can at least tell you where your file is physically.

Yeah, thank you! I am going to call uscis again. I did call them but I didn't ask to speak with tier 2. I should call before making an appointment. I thought that my case is the field office that i went to get fingerprints done? I better call tier 2. Thank again

Should i do something to see how is thing going on? I applied for AOS on Feb 8th, they received on Feb 24, i got my EAD and AP enf of June. No news for my GC, no update. I live in Arkansas and i checked processing time in Fort Snith (field office), they are working on March 14th. Please advise me what to do? Thank you all!!!

Finally today i got my EAD combo card and AOS approval letter in the post. Look forward to getting a job so my life can go on.

Finally, my status for EAD was changed from "card is being produced" to "card was mailed to me". It's been approved from 28 April until now. Hopefully i can get it in few days. I got the text message as well. I think USCIS system starts working now, everyone, check your status then. Good luck to all.

My case is the same, EAD approval on 28 April, last touch 11th May, no card or no update until now. USCIS sucks!!!!

Do you think USCIS website suck? My friend got her interview letter in hand but the status on website never changed. My status for EAD saids: card is being produced from 28 April and i haven't received my combo card yet. Called the tier 2, the guy said that, i have to wait 60 days since announcement on website???? is this true? how to be patient with this paperworks, so stressful .....Anyone is same boat with me?

I just Check my GC status online and say on May 18 we APPROVED your FORM I 485! NO INTERVIEW !!

When did you receive your initial approval. It's been 13 mailing days since I received the online approval and still no card. Very frustrating.

Well. i got the approval notice by for AP only , no news for EAD today, i checked USCIS website and the status updated for EAD, card is being produced. I guess it also takes so long for sending the card then.

Today was a very hard day for me

I know I am trying hard to be positive about the EAD/AP an I still am but I just wish it would just come cause as of now I need to get out my husbands family home as the mother is now becoming more controlling and tells me I have to do the cooking and cleaning for her now since I am living in her home rent free and take care of her mother while she is out doing her thing ..so much stress and that I went to the doctors this morning I didn't want to say anything to my family or anyone I was pregnant till I was more months into the pregnancy but seeing the doctor they said there is no longer a heartbeat and advised me I have a low chance of having a baby go into full term and that alone shattered me to pieces as since I was 5 my dream was to be a mom and the sec I come back to the home his mother is telling me to do all this or I have to go get a cash paying job and give her rent or she will kick me n my husband out

Idk how anyone can be this heartless, I knew she didn't like me at first cause of my background but I thought after 8 years of getting to know me she would change , I'm honestly in tears and I'm hoping me n my husband can move out soon but without my EAD we won't have enough to survive on our own as the money he makes is mainly enough for our groceries and his bills

I just had the exact same letter in the mail. AP approval notice...Nothing for EAD yet and no updates on the UCSIS site for anything. Last touched 2/22.
