So, we receive IL 10 days prior PD or 1-2 months prior PD become current? Thanks.

We receive IL 1-2 months prior PD current.

Ok, guys, let's clear something, NVC is sending IL some days before your PD or they send IL, when VB COD is exact on PD date or pass PD date? And, if they send IL before PD, how many days before PD, in average? Thanks.

When visa bulletin reached ur PD and ur pd earlier the cut off dates then they scheduled ur interview date, and Nvc send interview letter 1 or 2 months before ur priority date.

I called NVC yesterday and rep. told me that they are scheduling interviews F3 july 2004 petitioners for december 2015. Opinions?

That's correct. Depends on the embassy, it's not up to NVC anymore.

when I go to ECAC, I have this new message that reads .... Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) that list the six steps you must take before NVC can schedule your visa interview appointment. This includes submitting to NVC various fees, forms and documents. Once NVC has received all the required items, they will let you know if anything is missing or incomplete. My name is missing from the interview letter because i am 23 now. I do qualify for CSPA i have checked it using the calculator. Should i accompany my parents to the interview? Will they allow me to come in? Anyone knows if islamabad embassy will let me give interview

You should call Nvc about your case,if you pay aos and iv fee,then you should join ur parents at interview time,call Nvc and ask what is going on with you.
