First Congratulations on your interview date. Second, If you received an interview letter as IGBW describe to you it shouldn’t be a problem. It seem that issue you're having is called I can't read or help ~ I’m falling and I can’t get up. The instruction from the interview letter emailed to you explain everything that you would need. So stop expecting someone here at (VJ) hold you hand and answer your every question. the Journey is going to be something to be remembered from the start to the end as you go. And, by the way I, Notice that you forgot to do this so I’m sending you the link again. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/486029-nvc-guides-faqs/ this link explain everything you need to do at VJ on how it site works and to get information that will benefit you in getting the correct help you're seeking along your Journey. Continue to ask simple minded question only delay in getting a clear cut answer if you put forth the effort in doing some research yourself and in turn you finding most of the answered much faster. I hope this helps you on your Journey here @ VJ. God Bless A56 “To the East - With a Key”

    A. Procedures for the 165.00 fee for entering the USA.
    1. At the end of your immigrant visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate, the consular officer will inform you whether your visa application is approved or denied. praying that is will get approved.
    2. Visa approval - When approved, you will be informed how and when your passport and visa will be returned to you.
    3. Passport with Visa – Your immigrant visa will be placed on a page in your passport. Please review the printed information right away to make sure there are no errors. If there are any spelling errors, contact the embassy or consulate promptly.
    4. Sealed Immigrant Packet - You will also receive a sealed packet containing documents that you must present to U.S. Customs and Border Protection at a port-of-entry (often an airport) upon your arrival in the United States. You must not open the sealed packet.
    5. USCIS Immigrant Fee - You must pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after you receive your immigrant visa and before you travel to the United States.

In order for your IV fee to be unlocked, your DS-261 must be reviewed. It takes 30 days to review it, OR you can call and have a rep review it over the phone with you. Not all reps will do this, so sometimes you'll need to call back.
A few days after your DS-261 is reviewed, your IV fee should be unlocked. However, lately there have been a lot of technical issues, and for many people the fee is not appearing.
After your IV fee is PAID, you'll be able to complete your DS-260.
