I paid it on 11/11/15. I can't remember my login to that ELIS site...
-
I paid all the fees possible online, and at my POE they said I was good to go and all I had to remember was to remove conditions in two years. So I don't think I've missed anything. Do I need any information from the case when I call?

Hi everyone! Haven't been on here for a while. I moved to the US with the CR-1 visa on November 22nd 2015. I got my SSN card after about 2 weeks but I still haven't received the green card or welcome letter... It's been almost 5 months. Should I worry? Is it possible they forgot that I am here? Haha

I am as of yesterday a permanent resident of the United States of America! Right now sitting in mine and hubby's house with our little dog in my lap. Port of entry was Chicago. They just took everything and put me in a waiting room and after 20-30 minutes they called me up and said I was done (:
Yes. I am leaving in 2 days. Can't believe the time is finally here. Thank you for all your support and prayers, mbalih. I will keep praying for all February filers who are still waiting for either a CC or interview date. God bless us all!
Have a great trip!!!

Yay, congratulations!
I'm pretty sure the embassy in Sweden will be super quick to produce your visa just like they were after your CC!
Did they ask many questions? Can you tell us?
Thank you!!
I hope so, I'm going to London with my family on the 15th of November so I hope I have my passport by then...!
They asked quite a lot, but the interviewer was really friendly, made jokes, laughed with me and stuff, which really helped a lot! He asked stuff like where we met, why live there and not Sweden, what I fell for, what I find most annoying about my husband, what I want to work with, if we'd ever lived together, when we decided to get married, when we got married, etc. he told me that I shouldn't tell people I'll move to the tri-cities because no one has ever heard of it haha!
I'll come back with a more detailed review later on!

I guess congratulations is in order. Well done.. you will be gone soon.
Thank you so much!!

I had my interview today and they hadn't received my medical yet. They said that it should be there in a couple of days and all I have to do is sit back and relax and wait for my visa to be printed and my passport to be mailed to me within ten days. So I guess I'm approved?! Should I update my timeline?! ????

Best of luck for your interview!
Thank you very much!!

Will be with my hubby on Thanksgiving day. Of course... I will still be on this forum till I leave for the US.
By the way, is there any of February filer with interview date next week?
My interview is on tuesday, november 3rd..!
-
For the interview, do you really need originals AND copies? I don't understand why it says to bring originals and photocopies...
-
All have is Csc at the bottom.
Csc should be California Service Center (:

Case complete September 29! Hoping that the Swedish embassy schedules an interview quickly ☺️
-
Got Case Complete with the NVC! Next step, interview and Medical Yay!
-
Thanks everyone!! I can't Believe how smooth the NVC process was and how lucky we are! Thank you all and good luck to you all as well!
-
It was correct! CASE COMPLETE as of yesterday! :D
-
Hihi, that's awesome! Congrats! It looks like a CC to me
May I ask what was your scan date?
I sure hope so! Waking my husband up in half an hour so he can call and see what's going on!
Hmm, we got emails saying they received everything on September 8, and when my husband called they said that by October 10 we will have an answer whether inte a CC or if we need to send any additional information. So I guess scan date is September 8?

So, I've Heard and seen a lot of people talking about that infamous "Affidavit of Support Fee" go from "Paid" to "N/A", which makes a total of Three "N/A"'s. I logged on to the CEAC website just now and saw just that. Could it really be a Case Complete or could it still be that they want/need more information? I'm about to pass out I Think..!!
-
I've had issues with the CEAC site too, but only on certain phones/computers. I Think it's got to do with what browser you're using. I can access it from work, but not from the phone or my home computer. Try a different device!
-
It's very different from case to case, but it could take anywhere between 4-8 months after USCIS approve your i-130.

Considering that you have everything set and ready I unfortunately don't think you'll be able to spend Christmas with him. I'm not sure if the scheduling plan looks different for other nationalities but for me, a Dane, I received my packet 3 on September 2nd and the closest date for me was November 5th. I have a feeling they only do one interview a day since apparently everyone on here has had an interview at 8:30am and mine will be at the same time as well! (What I'm trying to say is that if it's actually only an interview a day, the appointment dates get booked faster)
I don't think I'm following, what do you mean with "considering that you have everything set and ready"..? ☺️
I hope Maria is right that they do more than one interview a day, haha. I'm doing the CR1 thingy, already married. Don't know if that's any different from K1 interviews or tourist visa interviews..
It would really suck to have to wait several months for an interview hubby's birthday is December 20th, our anniversary is December 26th and of course Christmas on the 25th. (And New Years..)

Hi everyone
The NVC received all our documents on September 8th and when hubby called they said that by October 10th they would have an update whether we need to send any additional information or if it's a case complete. I am so extremely nervous since it will seriously delay everything if we get an RFE... But trying to stay positive. IF we get a case complete, does anyone know approximately how long you have to wait for an interview at the Stockholm embassy? I am praying that I'll be able to spend Christmas with my love in our new house...
Should I worry?

So i gave them a call, but they couldn't help me without a receipt number (that I didn't have on my payment confirmation paper), even though I had all kinds of codes and stuff. So the guy told me to submit the help contact form online to try and get my receipt number. So I did that and was called up later in the evening by a lady from the USCIS. She said that I was still within normal processing time, actually 36 days short (but I've read 120 days...) and they had the right address and information and the card has simply not been printed yet. She gave me a receipt number so I can track the card once it has been produced.
It was very calming to know I wasn't forgotten or lost, it's just a matter of more waiting (:
Thanks everyone!
