Hey Kastrs. I was able to log on that afternoon and select my agent. I was at work so I didn't pay the fee, figured I would do it over the weekend. I just tried to log in and got a message saying my case is in the process of being terminated and to contact NVC immediately if I believe it's a mistake. I'm going to start calling first thing Monday morning because it's obviously a mistake and I'm freaking out.

A case number was assigned on July 23 and I submitted DS261 on July 30 but still I cant sign in to the payment portal to pay AOS fee.....is there anything I should do other than waiting....???

M.B. - how do you know when it is is sent there?

We got our NOA2 on the 17th June and they still haven't given us the case number.... USCIS transferred it to them, it's sure. I am getting frustrated...

AOS fee I mean of course, d'oh

(To clarify - send it as soon as you pay AOS fee)

Note: remember it can take them 60 days to even look at the package, so the sooner you send it the better

Today I got my case number from NVC but I can't sign in...... It says my case no. And IIN are not matching. Is it common or something is wrong...... They assign the case on last Friday.

I didn't get mine yet. It was sent on July 8th.

Just called NVC yesterday and they told me the case was received on July 10. They may need minimum 2 weeks to assign a case number.

but im not...

approval from tsc on june 8. sent to nvc on june 22.. and there'is no news from nvc until now..

U have to call to NVC..... If they don't pick up or busy.... U have to try every 5 minute. For sure ur case no. Is already assigned..... Just call call call.... The is how u should deal with NVC.

But it has already been a week and they haven't updated or informed us about our case being sent to NVC.

Calling the USCIS hasn't helped either. Any suggestions as to what I can do?

Should I call the NVC or should I just wait?

And does it ever happen that they send the case to NVC but don't update the case status on their website?

It is common not to update their systems while they send the file to NVC.

After one week just call to NVC and ask if they received ur file. If they don't... call again after 3 or 5 days.

Hi guys! So our case got approved by Texas service center on 6th of July 2015. We haven't received any emails or text messages. They just updated it on their website. Anyways, can anyone tell me how long it will be before they send our case out to NVC?

It may take 1 or 2 weeks....

I got approval from TSC on June 27 ....file sent to NVC on July 2 and received by NVC on July 10.

You need police from both countries. you also need police certificate from any country where you lived more than 6 months.

If I'm living out of my nationality country for the last 7 years and just visit my country for 1 month every

Year... Do I need a police certificate from both my nationality country and where I'm living now or from where I'm living now only???

My address on the form i130 is my current living place.

Another waiting is started.... For NVC case number.....

Filed 1-130 January 20th, got NOA1 FEB 10, Priority date, Feb 5th. Filled transferred to NVC march 2nd, paid fees including AOS April 5th, NOA2 RECEIVED May5th.

Still waiting for appointment date though they said 60days waiting.

Keeping the fingers crossed and praying.

Ur process is a bit strange..... Ur PD is Feb 5 and ur file sent to NVC March 2..... After ur file sent to NVC, on May 5 u got ur NOA 2..... With this procedure u will fill DS260 after ur interview...... Good luck.
