I just received hard copy. California Service Center for my case too. Feels so good!!!

Sam, can you please update our list changing in my case the center from St Albans to CSC? I can't access it.

but your PD stay 28 Jan 2014! we hope so

PD will not change as far as we know.

PrincessBM, does it say which office or center received your I-130?

Guys,

I just called again to the National Customer Service Center 1-800-375-5283 to check any changes.

They still say The case is at St Albans VT. They also say that St Albans VT will take a decision on my case and they will contact me.

I do not know about CSC but the notice online mentions the case was transferred to another USCIS office. The do not mention another Service Center.

I guess this doesn't matter to where they transferred our cases anyway, as long as they will start processing.

Hey someone in the family said we are professionals in waiting. So couple of weeks more its acceptable. Isn't it?

Priority Date. The date of your NOA1 (Notice Of Action)

Habel....i dont think creating any petitions will make any difference to Vermont....Only we have to wait until they publish new processing dates which i am eagerly waiting for...If still it says September 30 then i will be really upset now.....every day i check to see if they update the processing dates but still its as per March 6...so now i think next week.....

But still i have a concern that if our Priority date is current and they wont approve our petitions then what...????

What to do in this case....Is any body here to answer this question....Is anyone filing with help of a lawyer then do ask them this question.......

Coz if a visa number is available and still our files are with USCIS at that stage what would they do...?????

This question is disturbing me all this time...

As far as I know if the person the beneficiary of the petition is in the US, then after the PD comes current, they can fill the form for the next step. If She/he is outside the US, then they must wait for the approval and the NVC. Sad but that is all I know.
