    I am Very happy today ... I am waiting since 1 year for a case update on I-751 ... I just received text message Card in Production.

    Can anyone please tell me how many weeks it will take to see actual green card in mail box?

    On November 3, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EAC #####, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

    I got response from senator office now they want more 30 days to sent me update on pending case does it really help after senator intervene??

    Response from senator office - FYI

    Unfortunately, there is no update on this case. USCIS is taking much longer to respond due to backlogs. Once we have a response, you will receive an email or phone call.

    I got hold of tier 2 today ... I told her my application is pending, almost a year now and email which I received on july 8 to wait for 8 weeks is now past... she was kind of rude and she told me the notice which they send green card is extended for a year if I don't get any update till dec 10 get an I-551 stamp on passport - she was just ignoring my questions ... no good response from senator office as well ... don't know what next to do :(

    i was just checking letters i got from USCIS . i am confused

    1 letter notice of action - receipt number EAC #####

    2 letter AOS (bio Appointment) they are two different receipt numbers on bio Appointment EAC #### & EAC### (CR189)

    3. RFE letter - this have receipt number EAC ### (CR189)

    i am going to senator office ... i don't know which EAC number should i give them ..... shall i give the number which i usually check online for case status??

    Right, but what was asked in your RFE?

    joint checking , savings account statements showing transactions for the period of your marriage

    - insurance, polices,with proof of premium payments that show the other spouse as the beneficiary

    jointly l federal and/or state income{l tax returns for each year of marriage

    W-7- statements, 1098/ 1099 tax forms, and/or other issued forms for both spouses showing the same address, copies of tax refund checks or direct deposits issued by the. Treasury o.r State, o.r cleared tax payment checks made out to the U.S. Treasury or State

    - joint utility bills; or - joint. installment,, other loans or credit card account statements.

    Evidence that you and your spouse have: made estate, health and financial planning arrangements with each other:

    - a will; - a trust; - a durably power of attorney.

    Affidavits from third parties who have,knowledge of the bonafides of your marital relationship. An aflid;Lvit should be supported by documentary evidence and must be sworn to or affirmed by

    - have known you and your spouse since your conditional residence was granted have provided information about their relationship to you or your spouse; - have personal knowledge of marital relationship and have provided a detailed explanation.

    i received RFE on march 6th 2015 replied them back with bunch of documents May 6th 2015 ...got email from USCIS on july 8th 2015 - "Our records show that your Form I-751 is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter."

    We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.

    on first info-pass appointment i got I-551 stamp on my passport ... now i am going again on monday to check about my case.

    Finally i got response after submitting RFE 2 months back but unfortunately response is worthless !! USCIS need more 60 days according to this letter :( ... any suggestions ???

    yes, i already got stamped i-551 which is valid till april 2016, so in that case i don't need any extension letter?

    I am hesitate to go to congress man ...one my frnd who is on H1 visa did approach congressman for his pending green card. USCIS responded in 2 weeks and they rejected his application on many grounds... they pull out his all data from his student visa to h1... his labor filling his employer.

    details.

    but mine is marriage based ..... i don't know they will do the same thing.

    no response from service request either .... don't know what to do :(
